Johnny from service is the best and truly honest about everything he says , he has been extremely professional and helpful! Dennis from Sales is amazing and makes the experience of buying a new vehicle extremely easy, he is knowledgeable of all the vehicles from Chevy and was very professional and took his time explaining all the features of my new truck. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the entire staff at my local Chevrolet dealer. From the receptionist, to the salesman that approached me as I checked out the latest version of my car. However, the highlight of the visit was Night Service Manager, David B. He really made me feel like they actually valued my being there. That, along with the oil change service was very appreciated.

Ashley was literally the best!! She helped me out a lot. As so did her manager! Super friendly! And great customer service! I’m so happy I got my car from Chevrolet. I would definitely recommend to anybody that needs a car to come here. They will do the best they can to get you in the car you want :)

My service rep. Ivan is extremely helpful, honest and trustworthy. He provides excellent customer service. However, I have a problem with your team members that work on my truck. When we got our truck back on Saturday we noticed there was a ding, and a scratch on the driver door, and also scratches on our passenger door, we take great care of our truck and I feel that the team members that are working on our truck do not treat our truck with respect. This isn’t the first time our truck has been damaged when getting serviced, we had to have one of our rims replaced last year, because our rim was damaged when we brought our vehicle in to be serviced. The only reason why my husband and I continue to return to the AV Chevy is because of the customer service we receive from Ivan our service advisor. He did review the pictures from Saturday and seen that the damage was not there prior to us dropping our truck off for service. I contacted him immediately when I got home when I noticed the damage that was done on our vehicle. He has been very helpful, respectful and provides excellent customer service always however, your team members that work on the vehicles need to be spoken to because they should be treating customers vehicles as if it’s their own.

Took my SUV for maintenance and was greeted by my favorite Ladies Arlene and Tina. They are professional and caring which always makes me feel welcomed. I received my car in a timely manner . Props to the Mechanics Dept for a good job. Special mentions to Arlene my service advisor.

Hey everyone! I would like to share my positive experience with Antelope Valley Chevrolet. It has been a while since I made a big vehicle purchase, and I was dreading the experience. After spending many hours looking for vehicles from different dealerships, I decided on a 2016 Chevy Duramax, got my pre-approval, and made the phone call. I set up an appointment for the Monday after Easter for a test drive. During this time, I made contact with Jay Mendoza to get things in line for purchase. He made it very simple to trade in my vehicle, send pics, make a reasonable offer, and did an outstanding job getting the paperwork in order. He had a couple days off during this time, and the client experience manager (I forgot his name) reached out to me to answer questions and make sure the vehicle would be there if it hadn't sold so I wouldn't waste a trip as I live 4 hours away. By the time Jay came back on Friday, things were ready to go. The Finance Manager made contact and OFFERED to bring it to me, saving me about 6 hours on the road! I met Jay an hour from my home, signed the paperwork, gave him my trade, and drove away with a smile, 3 days earlier than I expected. It was an easy process without the pushy dealer type. I highly recommend this business and WILL purchase another vehicle from them. There were a few people involved and I didn't remember all their names, but their great customer service is remembered, and they deserve kudos! I also got to know a little about Jay and his family during the test drive - a very personable guy. He also shared that he served in the military. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!

I recently moved up to the Antelope valley, it would get complicated for me working in the valley 9-6 by the time I was out my Chevy dealer was closed, But I find out about AV CHEVROLET hours and completely changed my stress on my Vehicle maintenances, AV Chevrolet is awesome, Give your dealership a 10/10 for working with us with their open until mid night. We were walk ins in need of a remote and key programming. The Service person quoted us a price and wait time which we were in agreement with. The Service department finished our vehicle sooner than expected. The entire experience was excellent .

Timothy was very patient and helpful and professional… my truck had to be there for an extra 3 weeks rather than a day because maintenance found a few things wrong that needed to be replaced… I’ve taken it to other dealerships and they continued to tell me nothing was wrong with my truck. One visit to this place and they found it right away. Very observant work.

Our vehicle was acting up, husband took it in and sure enough it needed a transmission. AV Chevrolet contacted the warranty company and was able to fix it under warranty. Thank goodness! Got our vehicle back in less than a week. Our vehicle works like a gem!
