My Salesperson was Elizabeth Ruiz! She got the job done; Elizabeth was very efficient, not pushy or hovering around me and sooo patient! I have never been to a dealership and Bern approved and the paper signing with the Finance Manager all go so smoothly and in a timely manner! It was soo amazing! Our experience working with Deleon was great! We had our minds set on the new Mazda 3 hatchbacks and after initially speaking with Deleon we foolishly went to a dealership in Valencia because they had one in a lower class with different trim that would have saved us around 5 grand (just trying to save a few bucks off of such a large purchase). But our experience there was terrible. We returned to Deleon already frustrated and on edge and ready to leave but his personality instantly put us back at ease. We understand that when purchasing a car you and the dealership have different and at times opposing priorities and you should always do your due diligence and read everything and make sure it makes sense to YOU. But we feel that having good rapport with the person you’re working with can go a long way and Deleon definitely made sure that was the case. He made us comfortable enough to be able to say exactly what we were thinking and what we were not happy with when negotiating. In the end we ended up with a higher class model than anticipated, only due to what they had available, but much happier because we felt heard and respected. Turns out that we actually love the class and color we ended up with more than we thought and are more than happy that we ended up with the car we did. Even the red interior which I was initially against lol. Thank you Deleon!

I found Diamond Mazda through Car Gurus. They had a used car I was interested in so I reached out to the dealership to ask questions about the car, specifically, whether the car had heated seats (which is a must for me). I first interacted with Richard, who told me the car did not have heated seats, but that they could install heated seats for me. Out of all the dealerships I had been interacting with throughout the week, Diamond Mazda was the ONLY dealership to offer this service to me. So once they told me that, I made the hour drive out there to test drive the car. Once I got there, I interacted with Ruben. He was very pleasant and friendly throughout the whole experience, and was ultimately the one who sold me the car. I decided to have them install both heated and leather seats, and I’m so glad I did because it turned out BEAUTIFUL! I was a little bit frustrated that the finance department tried to add on things I did not want to the car, but Ruben and his manager took care of it and in the end I got the car I wanted and for a good deal. It’s funny how you go the store for something and then leave with something completely different. That’s what happened to me when I visited Dimond Mazda, I went in with so expectations on getting car. Jessica was a pleasure to work with, she was able to get me my dream car, and an amazing rate. Very friendly staff. Our sales rep Marco was a great help and made the purchase of our new Mazda CX-5 pleasant. I contacted them in regards to the car me and my wife were interested in prior to coming in and they had it waiting for us in the front ready for the test drive once we arrived.

Our finance rep was also very friendly, and while she tried to offer us all extra options like extended warranty etc, like any other dealership usually do, she was not very pushy about it after we declined said offers.

I did find it weird and strange that Mazda's finance office were in the Ford dealer next door. After negotiating our deal for the Mazda, we had to go next door to finish the finance part of the deal. The Mazda dealership building is quite small compared to the Ford dealer and since they are owned by the same company, this might be the reason why. Nevertheless, we had a very pleasant experience.

Both dealership building were also well decorated for the holiday season so while it was raining and cold outside, the experience was warm and welcoming.
