I found Timeless Cleaners on Google & decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did! I've trusted them with my uniforms, had one minor issue, contacted them & they gladly took care of the issue no problem & no additional charge. I found an amazing vintage suede coat & took it in for some repairs & cleaning. The staff explained their process versus other cleaners & I appreciate their professionalism & expertise. There is some expense but you get what you pay for. I expect quality & don't mind paying for it. I can't wait to see my coat! Thanks Timeless, you're a classic!

Had a silk dress and slacks cleaned. They texted that they was a tear in the lining of the dress and asked if I would like it repaired. Of course, I said yes!! I came here in a pinch to get my Blues Tailored and they did a Phenominal Job. I was referred here by Mackenzie at the Edwards Alterations shop. Who is also amazing I might add. Really courteous customer service at the front desk. Highly recommend. I have not tried their dry cleaning service yet but I'm sure its solid and plan to try them out when its needed! Also super close location to where I live. Which is always a plus! Def check em out!

Such a great experience. It was very short as they got my request done in a timely manner. The customer service was exceptional. The lady at the front desk was kind, courteous, and professional. Took the man about 7 minutes to pin a tiny hook for my dads dress pants. So efficient and friendly! Thank you guys

I had my dirty work clothes dry cleaned here and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. Cool interior, great prices, and a family run business with great service. This will be my go to place.

I highly recommend this cleaners. I brought in a Vinyl suit, for alterations. The fabric was very difficult to manipulate. Justin and Abigele worked really hard to meet my accommodations. Justin also gave me suggestions on adding a certain style and cut to the suit. Once I picked the suit up about 4 days later, I was so in love. It fit exactly how I wished it to fit. It was more beautiful than what I brought in. I appreciate and trust them with my belongings.

The young lady at the counter, whose name escapes me, is always super friendly and kind. She listened to my needs and they were fulfilled. It's a bit pricey for my taste but the quality of the work speaks for itself. Most definitely will be doing my regular cleaning there.

Military Friendly and excellent customer service ! I was on a 4 day weekend & this was the only location that I can find that’s familiar with Military regulations regarding wear and appearance of a Uniform. They also service Edwards AFB as well so that’s how you know. I had to get alterations & dry cleaning done within a short amount of time for a board & they got it done within two days. For all you Army, Navy & Marine Corps guys & gals down in the AV for the weekend and don’t want to wait up to a week and get overcharged for small minor changes within your uniform and a dry cleaning, this location and all others is a MUST ! I’ve done dry cleaning & the same types of alterations elsewhere in different states & as well as where I am stationed at and you will probably spend $200, you will not be charged that much here.

Best dry cleaners in the AV hands down. There cleaning services are amazing amd they are proud of what they do.

I took two items in - one for dry cleaning and another for press only (very delicate satin robe). They did a fantastic job and job was completed within a reasonable time frame. I will be returning!

My dress had a hole near the back zipper. I was in such a panic because I was attending a dinner the same day. I called Timeless Cleaners to see by any chance I can get my dress fixed. The owner explained to me over the phone that they were pretty busy, but instruction me to bring the dress in anyway to see what he can do. He was able to fix my dress within 10 minutes. I was grateful for him, his professionalism, and fantastic work (wish I can remember his name).

I was in a rough spot and needed a botton on work pants my first time there I had a great experience, sierra took on my need she was so so sweet and very very helpfull in my time of need also I was leaving I asked her for there card She has a pleasent smile as well. So for that my first time I thought yeah I will be back. Thank you for making my day!!
