This is the first dealership in which I dealt with sales people that had integrity and honesty. I was going through a of time after having a lemon and searching for my replacement vehicle. Steven W. On the sales team was helpful and friendly and answered all of my hundreds of questions. He was available anytime I had questions or just wanted to vent about my stress lol. He worked really hard to get me pretty qualified and make the car searching process so much easier. I live almost 2 hours away but it didn't matter because I had someone like Steve to talk to and help me. If anyone wants to buy a car to dealership I highly recommend asking for Steve. You will know that you are in good hands and that you came to the right place. Thank you for everything Steve!!

Danny Lopez is most knowledgeable . Very kind and helpful. I met on a couple visits, always ready to go the extra mile. The Ram brand is not so great but the service personnel and techs are doing great.

Ordered a 2022 Ram 3500 from HW Hunter. Negotiation on price and ordering process was was quick and easy. They honored my FCA affiliate pricing and did not try to mark up the price, unlike many other dealers these days. Throughout the 6 month wait Angela gave me status updates. Took delivery yesterday and was in and out in under an hour. While I plan to keep this truck for a while, I will definitely go back there if I needed another truck and would have no problem referring a friend that needed a truck. Thanks again, Angela.

Customer service was great! Traded in my Chevy Camero and purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger with a decent payment. Can't complain about the payments since I was upside down about 9k. They took care of us nice ans quick which was wonderful!!!

After my visit and subsequent purchase of my 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia from Hunter Dodge in Lancaster, I felt compelled to write this review. My first point of contact was with Jason, the sales manager, to whom I expressed my interest in the car, which I had been searching for and test driving many of them over the last month and a half . He was knowledgeable while I spoke with him over the phone about the car, the market and many other aspects of the current economic situation which led me to driving from Encino to Lancaster to see if we could do business together. When I arrived, they had detailed the car and parked it in the shade for me to prepare it for the test drive. Kimberly, my sales associate, was a shining example of someone you’d want to be greeted by when doing anything related to customer service. She was friendly, energetic and a pleasure to be around. After the test drive we all sat down to discuss the numbers, which is when I met Sabrina, who was also very professional and friendly. Though at first, we could not negotiate on an agreeable price for both parties, they were more than happy to at least address a few things we wanted done on the car to make this thing happen.

Enter Ali Awada, the Used Car Director, who went completely above and beyond the call of duty to not only make a great deal happen but ensure that he would make a lifelong customer in the process. It was the weekend, which meant that their bodywork vendors were not there. We had asked them to touch up the paint on the vehicle from the previous owner giving it a curb check along with a couple other small things. To prevent inconveniencing me, he made sure to get us in at one of the other dealerships that operated under the same management but one that was much closer to where I live. He followed through with everything he had promised and now my car looks like a brand-new car with the touchup paint job and the accessories I had hoped they could get for me. He is a true businessman that understands the importance of integrity, customer service, and honor. Being a real estate agent myself, those are values I pride myself on and am thrilled when I meet like-minded others. He understands being a man of principle and how to have longevity in business and in life. Thank you, Ali, you most certainly have made a customer for life out of me, and I couldn’t be happier to put my name on the line if anyone asks where they should buy their next vehicle.

Best dealership experience I've ever had. Custom ordered a Wrangler and it was there in 2 months. When I flew down to pick it up, the vehicle was waiting in a nice presentation, all the paperwork was prepared and ready for me. I was in and out of the dealership in 45min - 1hr TOPS. The staff was so honest and genuine, friendly and felt like they were on my side. I cannot say the same about most of my dealership experiences. I would 100% go to Hunter again.

Best dealer experience i've ever had, bought a 2023 TRX, buying process was simple, no hidden markups (unlike some other dealers that hide their insane markups), negotiations were easy, great trade in value as well. Rolando and Dave were very professional and their customer service was absolutely amazing. Rolando was honest about everything and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Came to the area for vacation over the weekend, for some reason the car won't start. Drop my car off after hour, service rep called me next day, explain to me what happened to the car and got it fix in reasonable time and price, didn't over charge me 👍

It took me TEN SECONDS to drop off my truck for service. TEN SECONDS. That’s not a joke, and that’s not an exaggeration. Alex in the Service department has been helping me out with some issues on my Gladiator, and while the mechanical failings are unfortunate, it does happen and he absolutely makes me feel like he has my back.

They are certainly a very busy shop, but I trust them so much that I drive here all the way from Valencia because I have far more faith in them than I do the Jeep dealer that’s ten minutes away from me.

Having moderate repairs done to your new truck sucks, but in the world of mass production, it does happen, and the crew at Hunter Dodge is absolutely fantastic.

Sales team: they’re pretty awesome, too. I came in with a specific budget in mind right at the peak of insane car prices and they helped me build a new truck, place the order, and get it delivered within 3 months, and then managed to nail it all down within my budget, answer all my questions, and gave me a fantastic walkthrough once I picked it up. Big shout out to Tamara for keeping me posted throughout the build process, answering all of my asinine questions, and even ducking my truck before I picked it up!
