So happy with the repair job. For over 10 years I have been only wearing only 6 out of 7 of my Seven Day gold bamboo bracelet because one needed to be fixed. Along with one of my gold bamboo hoop earrings which broke about 5 months ago. But after today I am happy to be wearing my only heritage jewelry back on. All fixed and ready to enjoy having them on again.

Honest work at a good price. My ring had bent prongs. Two other chain stores tried to charge me more than $200 to fix it. Hodgkins charged $20. He also reset my mom's wedding ring with a larger stone. Again, good price and good work.

The Man that owns this place is a very nice man. He was so helpful. I went to have my ring appraised and he helped me a lot. Gave me alot of info about jewelry. I have a lot of knowledge about diamonds now. Thanks to him. I would suggest to going to him if you need to talk jewelry. He is very smart. Very nice too.

This is the only jeweler I trust with my jewelry. Never a problem and great customer service at a fair price.

Great customer service

I brought my custom wedding set in because I noticed a stone was loose. The intake girl couldn't tell, no big deal she admitted she was filling in. I picked up the ring it looked good but I lost the stone two months later. I still had the receipt in my wallet that I had brought ring in for.My husband took the ring and receipt, they said said they couldn't predict when a stone would fall out or be responsible but worked a deal with him to replace the diamond. He picked up my ring and brought it to me with a new diamond and now the center diamond was loose. Frustrated! I took the ring the next day with out eating it to a big box jeweler who agreed it was very loose and fixed it for free. I called Hodgkins , he asked me to bring my ring back again. I told him I had taken it elsewhere and bringing my ring to you to fix the diamond was bringing it back. When it left your store I think you should have made sure it was right. The there is nothing I can do then he said. I said I want you to understand why I am leaving you a bad review.

They are very nice with reasonable prices. They sized another ring and it fit nicely. I would not use them for settings/ repairs.

They first tried to say my watch was fake then proceeded to loose the crown on my Rolex . Recommended you find a more professional jeweler

Dishonest people! Stole my my white gold from rings that had sentimental value and were given to them to custom make a special ring for my daughter’s 21st birthday. They made the custom ring from yellow gold and plated it with rhodium. The diamonds used were not from the rings I had brought in and had huge flaws in them! These are people I had done business for over 40 years, starting with their little shop in Lake Hughes and had recommended them to many friends and coworkers! I cannot tell you the disappointed in their dishonesty as I truly thought they were a trustworthy jeweler! They did remake the ring for me, but the white gold I provided that had the sentimental value was long gone!! These people are not to be trusted. A former employee had posted a review that gave good insight into their shady business practices as well. Document everything if you chose to use this business and beware!
