U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Lancaster

I have rented two trucks from this place within the last 5 days. The service and moving advice I got from the workers really helped make things easy. U-haul also helped me hire local movers which saved me a lot of back pain and time. I recommend using U-haul in general and this location was great.

From the get-go to the final whistle, these guys were as professional as a penguin in a tuxedo. The process was smoother than a buttered-up otter sliding down an icy slope - from booking an appointment to picking up my ride when it was all shiny and new. The mechanic even braved the great outdoors to answer all my questions, even the ones that were goofier than a cartoon dog. I'm so grateful, I'm gonna shout their praises from every rooftop and tell everyone how they're more awesome than a unicorn riding on a rainbow!

They have reasonable prices and becareful of the miles you drive because they will charge you extra mile and they gave me a brand new box truck and it ran sweet

Had to rent a motorcycle trailer. Made a reservation.On the day I was picking up the trailer they checked my lights and they weren't working. I was told it would be 60 dollars per hour to diagnosis the problem. After 15 minutes he discovered it was a blown fuse and said he wouldn't charge me for the time. Would like to thank U-Haul for their kindness.

Convenient and very helpful! Can't remember the lady at the front desk's name, but she was amazing in helping me return the U-Haul truck rental and going over storage options. Thank you!

Received excellent customer service with the LP. I was able to fill my RV LP tank. They were the only ones open in town during the Covid-19 quarantine on a Saturday.

I got there literally 1 min late, they were already closed but they were kind enough to let me in to complete my reservation. Excellent customer service, thank u guys !
