10/10 across the entire board! I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel today & let me just say she’s AMAZING! She’s gave me a brief but informative overview about how the meal preps works & what she recommended. She was very sweet & welcoming! I was a
little nervous to try anything because I’m VERY picky but I tried the Mac & cheese plate and it was DELICIOUS! I can’t wait to go back & try the other options they had. I even had a sneak peak into their gym & it was very clean & organized. Thank you Rachel for being so welcoming!

This is my new obsession! First, the food is REALLY good, this far exceeds what I expected the meals to be! And second, Rachael (the owner) and her son are SO freaking nice and totally answer all my questions! This is definitely my new thing that is going to help me as a busy mom/realtor to stay on track :) I stocked up today and now im so excited for dinner tonight lol 😆

The meals are delicious and save tons of meal prep time, and the prices are affordable for the service. I highly recommend it for busy people looking to improve their diet!

I’ve been going to FitChow for the last 5 weeks to get meals and it has made life so easy! They have amazing meals that are full of flavor! Also their chocolate chip oat muffins are delish!

I just tried two items from Fitchow. Wow. So I’m keto die to bring allergic to carbs. We all are lol. But I hold extra water from carbs than normal. Causing health issues. So anyway I’ve been cooking and discovering keto items and I ran across Fitchow yesterday and Rachel was very helpful and such a nice lady. The portions are perfect and tasty. The keto dessert I tried was the lemon muffin and wow. Almost sinful but no sugar. I’m in love with the spot. I’m impressed.

I lost 40lbs from January until August of this year and so much goes FitChow for this! They make it easy to make smart yummy healthy decisions! Definitely recommend! My favorite is the Smackin’ Mac!

Fit chow is great tasting, healthy and affordable. When I don’t cook my own meal preps I go with fit chow.

These meals here are all absolutely delicious. They taste so good it’s hard to believe that they are good for you. This takes the guess work out of eating healthy.

Love this food! The variety and quality are top notch! Everything is delicious and the meals filling. They make eating healthy quick and easy. The individual meals and meal programs are affordable. I've done meal prepping on my own and with Fitchow and I SAVE money using Fitchow! There is no way to get the same variety meal prepping on your own and no one wants to eat the same thing every day. With a crazy, hectic schedule I love knowing I'm eating healthy, saving time AND saving money!
