Replaced chipped diamond in ring that my Dad gave me just before he passed away that I remember seeing him wear the for the last 40 years! So the ring had great sentimental value! They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and did a great job with the repair/replacement. And it was done in less than the 2 weeks promised. Overall great experience

I went here for a missing diamond in the band of my engagement ring. Mauricio fixed the prongs for me. When I got home and noticed a couple of issues from what ended up being the polishing gel, I called him back. He told me to bring it back and he would clean and polish it free of charge. He cleaned my ring and polished it in front of my fiancé and I to assure us it was completely fixed and back to shiny, mint condition. He ultimately turned a not-so-great experience into making a client for life.

I love this place! They have done numerous repairs for me that were excellent and I have purchased some things from them that I am extremely happy with. I took some pictures to show to someone else when I visited recently. I am happy to add them to this review!

They just custom made a beautiful gold and Onxy ring for me, it was made exactly like I wanted by a very talented craftsman. I would highly recommend H&K jewelers, it is the only jeweler that I will go to.

I had a pendant that needed to have the loop hooks to the chain fixed. I had gone to another jeweler for an estimate that surprised me. I decided to wait finally last week I went to H&K. They were fabulous. The estimate was much more reasonable. They were great with trying to work with my schedule. I got it back the same week. I finally can wear my pendant again.

He was incredibly informative. They were able to answer any and all of my questions with accurate answers and data and proof to help me feel at ease! Excellent clean and friendly environment!

I got an excellent service. I took my watch to another dealer who told me the watch needed a major repair and wpuld cost just as much as a new one. And so I held on to my watch for 2 years till I decided to take it to H&K. H&K immediately told me it needed a battery which cost me no more than $10. This is incredible. Very honest dealer.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Very knowledgeable, my husband's watch had been sitting with the battery dead for almost a decade, and now it's ticking beautifully. For some excellent tips on how to clean and care for, and she even had time to shift my attention to some durable yet gorgeous rings that I will be back to order. They really know their stuff and are so sweet about EVERYTHING! Did not feel pressured into anything which I loved.

The stone in my engagement ring chipped a few weeks before my wedding. I brought another gem, along with my ring here and they were able to swap the gems. It was super affordable and I even had my jewelry back a week early! Would definitely recommend.

I recommend this jeweler to do custom work for anybody who needs custom work done. I I spoke with other jewelers and they sounded a bit wishy-washy when it came to Custom Jewelry, but this man knows what he’s doing, and he is a man of integrity. If you want an honest jeweler, I suggest you go to him.😊😊

The guy inside was super nice. He fixed my watch really fast. He did an amazing job. Honestly what I broke on my watch I didn't think it could be fixed. But he did it. Very good prices. I trusted the reviews and visited this store today with a couple pieces of jewelry. One needed cleaning and the other repaired. They cleaned my ring for free and gave me a quote for repairs. I also asked about getting a new watch band and they offered several options. They were very friendly and helpful. There was no hard sell and I left feeling good about the experience.

I have been taking my watches to this jewelry store for many, many years. The owner does a wonderful and quick job at battery replacements and removing links. If you see something in his shop that you like but not in your size he will help you out and find what you need. Only place I trust with my jewelry!

This jeweler did an ASTOUNDING job building a shank for a few stones that my husband has had since we were engaged 11 years ago. The jeweler hand built the shank and perfectly mounted the stones to flank my diamond. Not only did he do an amazing job but he also cleaned and checked my diamond, and put 3 batteries back into 3 different watches I have. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that is in the position of wanting something built, or cleaned, or even replacing your watch battery. Him and his wife are WONDERFUL people.

They are very good at what they do and have beautiful jewelry in their store.
