I used to work here as a Car Portrait Photographer + Car Saleswoman + Assistant with Nick, learning how to be an effective Human Being in the Car Sales Industry. I appreciate his insight into a whole World of Cars.

I appreciate Frank for allowing me to be hired and learn about this Industry; however, I don't appreciate when he disrespected me by yelling at me over the phone due to miscommunication on his side.

I don't know if I would purchase a Car from here; however, I do know that the experience Nick + Frank supplied me with, the education and details of interaction from Nick, and learning not to allow anyone to disrespect me from Frank is priceless.

This is my second time buying a vehicle from them in the last few years. I bought my first one a 08 Scion xD a while back and that thing has always been reliable. When I needed another one for my son after looking everywhere I came back here. I was faced with excellent customer service again and they definitely worked with me for pricing and making sure the car was ready and safe to go. I paid cash for both so I don’t know how the financing goes. But they never had a problem with me negotiating the price. A few days later I noticed the battery needed to be replaced and just called them. That’s not something they warranty but was told just bring it in and they would replace it free. This place is truly like a family and will help you with whatever your needs are. If and when I need another vehicle I will come here before I go anywhere else. These are used cars no one can guarantee How long they will or will not run. But I feel great about mine. Do your research on them and their maintenance History and you can walk out with a great car. I never felt like they were being pushy or demanding of me. Nor did they know I was paying cash tell after the deal was negotiated.

5 stars as I complete the final purchase. I needed to buy 2 vehicles and they made it happen. Upon purchase I noticed issues with both vehicles. Being used cars that is expected. But the quick responce and quick action to my concerns. Along with correcting any issues I have as I finalized this purchase has been stress free without any issues. On point every step of the way. Taken care of immediately to insure we are comfortable knowing we drive away in a reliable vehicle. Very impressed with the fast response and thank you Hailey for making that happen.

Friendly, courteous service. No pressure. No waiting. When we decided on our car. The buying process was quick, professional and efficient. All paperwork and fees were transparent. Each item was was explained to us. All questions were welcomed and answered to our satisfaction. They were negotiable on price. My car was totaled on the 1st of April (pretty ironic) and I needed to get back on the road ASAP. Car shopping has always been a headache for me but Edgar (the businessman who helped me pick my car) was upfront, straight-forward and made our sale feel organic. I've had one single issue with the car since purchase, a 2010 Toyota Corolla, however Nick AND Edgar have both made me feel totally valued as a customer and walked me through every step as my car was being serviced. My husband and I absolutely hands up and hands down adore the staff at Valley Auto Center. We purchased a 2007 Chevy suburban from them July 2019, and not a single issue has arose with the vehicle, as would be with a previously owned vehicle. The entire staff is welcoming, goes far and beyond to help get you financed if you have weak credit (as we did due to unexpected circumstances), and they treat you like family the follow up after we made our purchse was quite a surprise as well. I EXTREMELY, WHOLE HEARTEDLY recommend everyone see them first and don't waste your time or money looking somewhere else. They are the best and deserve a award for their business procedures. we’ve gotten 2 cars from here, Toyota Camry and a Kia Sportage. and the staff are always very welcoming and honest, which is why we keep coming back. also, we’ve never had any problems with either of our cars! only minor issue we had was the alignment was a little off (expected with used cars) so we pulled up to the lot and they helped us our immediately. haven’t had any problems since.

our current Kia Sportage is almost paid off so we visited the lot yesterday to hopefully purchase 2 more cars :) my boyfriend always talks about how great the owner (Frank) is, as well as the staff.

Very personable and also well versed in his trade. Easy to understand his communication which is crucial to have someone like that working with you before signing a contract. No complaints and i would recommend them to a friend.

Honestly a huge help. Got me approved when no one else would. 10/10 would recommend.
