We love Dr. Oscar. If I need to talk about something he listens and does not rush us out. My daughter has an easy time opening up to him and will answer questions. I feel good about myself when we leave because he'll compliment on how good my child and I are doing.

Getting into a room and being seen by someone for vitals is fairly quick but after it does take some time for the doc to come in. I don't know the behind the scenes of what a physician does after seeing a patient but I have to imagine it's paperwork and dictating what the visit encompassed.

I've never had an issue with staff upfront but I always aim for an early appt. so they are still in a good mood, haha. Bring your medical crew coffee or a child who dances and sings "shots shots shots! I want shots!" Guaranteed to make everyone laugh.

Dr. Oscar has been my son’s pediatrician for 4 years and I’ve never had a problem with him. He always listens to my concerns and addresses my issues genuinely. I’m currently switching my 2 year old to him because I appreciate how he handles my oldest son.

We used to see Dr. Z and ge has been the most incredible dr I have ever had for my kids, especially having a child with rare genetic disorder and it causing so many disabilities for him. Due to Dr. Z going into retirement, we have been transitioned over to Dr. Oscar. Of course, I was nervous because Dr. Z has been so good and really understands my child and always made room in the schedule to see him because he knew that he can go from a little cold to full blown pneumonia in a matter of minutes, so to switch was scary.

Well, yesterday we had the kids physicals and we saw Dr. Oscar and heres what I have to say:

Dr. Oscar made me feel so confident. I cant believe I got so lucky to get 2 incredible pediatricians in a row (esp since the first few were trash taht we had seen when my children were younger). He told me we're doing such a good job with my son (which was a complete compliment
because honestly there are days that just dont feel that way, yesterday was one, but I had only slept maybe an hour the night before since my son was up sick all night)

Anyway, he stopped me at the desk as we were leaving and asked so many questions with medical history, asked if I would sign a release etc. To get all his info because he was so interested in my childs medical history, and knew what it was when I mentioned the rare disorders my child has, which made me feel even better that he was knowledgeable. He thanked me for answering his questions and I told him, no! Thank you! The fact that you want to understand my child means everything to me.

Long story short, I'm pretty happy that he will be the boys Dr. He was really kind and compassionate and truly took his time and was full of wonderment and that makes me believe my child will only continue getting the very best care.

Love Dr. Larrazzolo he is so kind, soft spoken and gentle with our son. So lucky to have him caring for our son.

We see dr Oscar. He is GREAT. But when they make the appointment in the morning, you'll be waiting FOREVER because the Drs come in late. But everything else is good

I really like Dr Oscar (that’s who we have seen so far) he took time to look at my daughter and check any concerns. However at the second appointment I had I was told to double on my way out about my appointment I had scheduled for a few months following. I went to the receptionist and stood there.... finally she asked if I needed anything to which I explained I needed to make sure my appointment was set up correctly. She refused to check and made me sit back down. So waited and waited and finally just told her I’d call on it. So I got in my car and sat In The lot and called and got it figured out via phone in their parking lot because they refused to do it in person.

We usually don't see satey, but I've had to the last 3 visits. He is pushy, rude, barely even looked at my son, and made me feel stupid for being nervous to give my son so many vaccines at once. He says he cares but I think he cares about money most.

I don’t even know where to begin with this office. Their procedures, or more specifically Dr. Satey’s procedures for blood work on a newborn is not only ridiculous, but reckless in the sense that your baby can be exposed to potential illness’. In order to get blood work done ASAP, you HAVE to go to urgent care at High Desert Medical Group -nothing against High Desert - to get the lab work done. Not LabCorp, but the actual urgent care where your baby can be exposed to everyone who is sick there that is seeking care. Even the staff there questioned Dr. Satey’s procedure. Not sure if Dr. Satey’s office knows of the risk that they are exposing newborns and mothers, but it is completely unacceptable. Luckily enough the staff at HDMG quickly put us in a room. I’m so glad that Satey’s office will not be our primary care as this was only a follow up visit after leaving the hospital. Please for your own safety, spouse’s safety, and most importantly your baby, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. If I could give them negative stars, I would in a heartbeat. The staff is a whole different story by the way, but there are enough negative reviews below mine to explain that.

I have absolutely no idea why I returned to this doctor's office. I was there 2+ years ago. This office is horrible. The lady upfront gave me a hard time because I didn't have my glasses. I didn't download the app. I don't mean to be a jerk. But, why are there people in the office??? She's getting paid for??? I go in and she is so rude. No sense of caring, compassion, just $$$. This is Lazy

Front desk was rude. I waited 1 hour 20 min in the waiting room. Another 30 in the room. Them I told my son let's go. They have 6 chairs so you will see people standing around. Nevertheless my first and last experience with them was -0 ... they expect you to be on time yet they make you wait along time.
