Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Lancaster

Nice motel which is neat and well cared for. Located in a less-congested part of town, the rooms were quiet all night long, and clean and comfortable too. The TV unit was fairly large and newer. Wifi reception was so-so at best. A security guard watched the property and our cars at night which was reassuring. The front desk was responsive to our needs and the room service was great! We lost some of our luggage but when we returned to look for it, the room service manager had kept it aside for us - a big thank you to Katy!

I love this place so much the rooms are cheap 🤠 it's always service 24 hours they are all types of races to help understand better services I always go there for vacation and they always have rooms open no matter what I also know everybody there , the men are very nice helpful anytime you need assistance weather male or female

I got a suite here with my mom, and my kids Spring 2016. I've been to some pretty crappy motels while visiting Lancaster, but this one was the best. My mom and I are both neat freaks, and neither of us have not 1 complaint. The front desk receptionist was amazing, and housekeeping was too. I will be back to visit sometime this summer, and I hope the experience is the same as last time. I highly recommend this Motel. Thank you all!

I have stayed many times at Best Value Inn/ Suites. Everytime I have stayed here I enjoyedy my stay. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with all the necessary items required for me and my family to enjoy our stay. The House keepers and the remaining staff are always nice and eager to assist me in any way possible. Kattie and Josh are exceptional employee. I have never seen either one of them not doing "anything". They make my stay. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the great night's sleep.

Family Auto is an honest, friendly, and very clean and professional center. They help keep your cost down, and don't try to manipulate you into unnecessary repairs. They seem very straight forward and willing to give you honesty and not nickel and dime you to death. I recommend this place 100%.

I didn't stay at this business. The grounds were very well taken care of. All the bushes were cut and taken care of beautifully. Colorful flowers where ever you looked. I dropped off my granddaughter.

I really enjoyed my stay there, its very easy to book with great room rates. The people working there are nice and professional and the house keeping is very efficient, replacing the high quality toiletries frequently. The rooms are large and clean and theres also a nice complimentary breakfast. The building is very well maintained and theres also a swimming pool and laundry facilities.
I highly recommend booking in.

I recently stayed at Americas Best Value due to repairs being done on my home. I was very pleased with my room, as it was night time when I arrived. My room seemed so roomy and very clean. I had the best nights sleep in awhile, the bed was so comfortable I fell right to sleep. The next morning they offered a deluxe continential breakfast, included in my stay.The staff was kind, helpful and very friendly. They had an onsite gym I was able to use as well as free-passes to a gym in town. I will defiently return and recommend Americas Best Value Inn Lancaster to everyone.

I stayed here for my daughter's college graduation and found this place to be very safe, spacious, clean, and comfortable for my family to stay. I really liked the antique style of the room. The staff members were friendly and kind. This place also has great internet and complementary breakfast. The price very reasonable as well! I highly recommend this place!

The receptionist clerk was very professional and nice okay. She made the process very smooth and Swift. And she was considerate enough to put me in an area where she knew that I would not be disturbed.

Americas Best Value Inn & suites lancaster is located close to the train station and business centers that I needed to go to while I was staying at the hotel it was a very clean and tidy room they also have breakfast each morning it felt like I was at home! The the cleaning service was excellent as well and the front desk was helpful in every way I needed! I will definitely be staying there again in the future when I come to Lancaster!

Staff very Professional and Courtesy, Friendly, Maid Services are very efficient. When you pay for you room in office you are asked up front if you would like Breakfast every morning with your room. For Breakfast you have choice of Bagels with Cream Cheese, dry cereal 5. Different Kinds, Fresh Fruit, Oatmeal Packets, Hot Coffee, Hot Cocoa , and lastly Fresh English Muffins. In order to get in for breakfast you need your room key cause it programed into your room keys, All rooms have magnetic programed keys you slide in the door. Also they have 2 barbraque drums you use charcoal to cook I recemend this motel for rooms or suites and very reasonable with free WI-FI. AND LAUNDRY ROOMS.

Clean nice hotel will definitely recommend them. And they are in the service area of a adult gift shop that delivers right to your room door.

I bank with Chase and they we're having issues to where none of their ATM Machines, Debit, Credit, or Prepaid Cards we're working. I dealt with your employees Lisa and Rosemary! They went above and beyond to try and help me get into a room for the night seeing as how I am 6 1/2 months pregnant (which they didn't realize until I pointed it out.) Most people would have just stopped dealing with you once your card gets declined once but they didn't I am very appreciative of their help. Because of them this will become My Husband and mine getaway spot. Thank you guys soooo much!!!

The value here is that management operates a clean and organized business . I was in town to visit the local race track and stayed over night on a busy weekend. Staff took care of everything and if your not too picky you have a clean and safe stay here too.

Nice, quiet, cozy setting. Great staff. Clean rooms and quite big for what ur paying. I really enjoy coming here when I need to "get away" yet still be local.

I was going to gym and I had to come here and I did and I really did like the service it was really cool nothing harassing they have a pool it was too cold for me to use the pool because it was Winter and Lancaster but it was really good

Very friendly staff... My room was one of the best that I have stayed in while in AV thus far... Pretty Big Hotel with lots of rooms, clean pool, and pet friendly.
