Amazing owner, she's so kind, her and all her staff have always given the best massages. It's such a beautiful and relaxing environment for all ages. I couldn't reccomend them more!

I have been going to Body Mind Spirit Soul for weekly massages for over 15 years. Mary and her staff have always been friendly and professional. I read the other long negative review and it is so out of character, I wonder if she got her places mixed up. The quality of service here is ALWAYS, without fail, professional, friendly and excellent. Only the best work here. Please don't let one negative make your decision - if you choose to call this place of business for an appointment, you will find they are very flexible and go to extreme lengths to accomodate you. The massages are ALWAYS excellent, and if a person can't "relax," that's on them - the therapists are exceptional.

I got a half hour deep tissue and the wife got a full hour we both loved it polite people in a nice friendly comfortable environment and both massages were great

Very disappointing and terrible customer service.

I purchased a Groupon for my finance and myself. We live local and wanted to support a local business. The hours of their ability cater to unemployed and not to those who work M-F 8-5pm.

It took several phone calls with Mary to coordinate a date and time that worked with both of our schedules, but I did make my appointment weeks in advance. I spoke with Mary, she took my full name and phone number down when I made the appointment.

I was running a few minutes late, so I called to let them know and spoke with Mary. She said she would let Sam know at the office. I get there and apologize for running a few minutes late and she immediately tells me I am going to have to pay the full price of the massage, as I was not a first time customer. I don’t remember ever being in before, but we all make mistakes. Sam proceeds to pull out a piece of paper and read off of it, “we have your file here from 2013 and in the fine print it says the services are for first time customers.” I am a highly educated person, I know how to read and comprehend. Being spoken to in this way was insulting and infuriating. I said I didn’t remember coming in, but that I was ok with paying the full amount.

I get settled in for my massage and Sam comes back and says she spoke with Mary and that it was ok for me to just pay the Groupon price and not the full amount. This was nice to hear but did nothing for my ability to relax and enjoy the massage, after I was spoken to in such a manner. The massage concludes and I gather my things up and head out to the front. Sam greets me and offers me some water. She asks how I’m feeling and I reply that I feel a bit more loose. She then says to me, “well, maybe you shouldn’t be late to your appointments and you won’t be so tense.” At this point, I shared what was on my mind during the entire message. I had multiple phone contact with Mary, and at no point was it mentioned that I had been seen for a massage. Sam retorts with, “well we do ask you on the phone if you had been in and we rely on that.” To which I said, “well clearly you do check, as you have my file right there and the appointment was made weeks ago.”

Money is not the issue, for me it is a matter of principle and professionalism. Of which I was shown neither and instead, was subjected to passive aggressive behavior and treated as if I were trying to scam the system. I’m sorry I don’t recall 5 years ago that I came to your business and clearly it was not great back then either. Needless to say, we will not redeem the second massage and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because of how I was treated.
