AAA Placerville Branch

I have had excellent service by Comfort King, Jim Silva, for the past 23 years. He put in our heating and air, and it is still running today. When I have an issue, he comes out right away.

Had to have passport pictures done. Very efficient and fast, I was out in 5 minutes.
The longest wait was for the development of the photos.

I have done several DMV registrations at this office and they are always quick and up to date on requirements.

I went in for a handicapped placard and was in and out of there in about five minutes. Excellent service and way faster than the DMV.

I really appreciate that the Placerville office is so well kept and well staffed with friendly, helpful people. I noticed and my Wife commented on the nice holiday decor the staff added for the season. AAA offering DMV services to members is one of the biggest reasons I renew my membership each year. Aside from the whole "save you on the side of the road during desperation" thing, AAA road side assistance is super convenient just so I don't have to visit our dreaded CA DMV.

Mark is an amazing agent! There was no wait when we got there and he helped with our confusing situation. The price of insurance and membership was cheaper than others. The woman who registered the car was also helpful and friendly! I give them not just one A but 3 AAA

Great experience for local AAA needs. I needed some passport photos taken & we were taken right in. Photos were quick & came out great, they did great with the kids too. Bonus AAA members get free passport photos until mid June so that's a help. Love that I'm also able to handle most of my DMV needs there as well as my travel.

I expected to wait a while, but was pleasantly surprised! There were 3 people in front of me, but I was in and out in 15 minutes. I renewed the registration to my truck and was on my way. Very friendly staff. Be ready to wear a mask

Was there with a friend to you there DMV services in and out within 20 for a Car registration renewal. Great service FREE for AAA members friendly and fast DMV will mail me registration but 20 or 4 hours at DMV no brainier

I've never had to wait in line here for more than 10 minutes. Staff is very helpful. I am so thankful that members can take care of a lot of DMV paperwork here.

Gotta love AAA and this branch is no exception. Knowledgeable and friendly staff had our vehicle registered in no time. No DMV appointments or lines to deal with. Outstanding!

We go here because we have AAA towing and when you have towing you can register your cars and trucks there- then you do not have 2 make an appt. At DMV cause even then it takes hours and hours

As usual my DMV transactions & membership renewal were quick and easy. Good precautions for minimizing the chance for Covid 19 Virus exposure were in place and being enforced.

Really friendly staff, quick service. Much quicker than going to the dmv.
