Sierra Ballet and Pilates | Prospector's Plaza

I have been attending ballet and pilates classes at Sierra Ballet since the day it opened (I think about 5 or 6 years ago) and have loved every single year here. The training for ballet is extremely professional and accessible to any age. The teachers give 110% to each student no matter the training level from those just beginning to those attending professional programs nation-wide. The same goes for pilates, it's a zen environment where Kristen gives an amazing workout while helping you safely and correctly perform your exercises. I've moved to many places during this time and whenever I come home the first thing I do is take class here. I'm so proud of how this studio has grown and can't wait to see it continue (:

Both of my daughters (7 & 8 years old) absolutely love Sierra Ballet. The youngest participated in the Nutcracker and absolutely loved it. These classes are true “classic” ballet, the children learn the correct positions/terminology (in French/Latin I believe) and most of all it’s made fun for their age group. We highly recommend this studio and their skilled teachers. ❤

Kristen ‘s individualized and therapeutic approach to Pilates has kept me active and healthy for years. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and applies that to help every student reach his/her best possible strength and health.

Excellent pilates classes! Kristen's exercises are based on an understanding of anatomy. Her classes are accessible to all levels of students, from beginning to experienced.

I am so please I found this place. Christen is AMAZING! Her knowledge is incredible. I have taken the Pilates class and several personal one on one classes. I have friends with kids in her ballet class that are in love with their classes. This place is clean. Plenty of bands and mats for classes. Plenty of parking. GREAT monthly prices for classes as well. I highly recommend it. 5 stars.

Kristen/owner/instructor is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable in her field. Her knowledge of anatomy will keep you safe from injury if you have pre-existing injuries and her exercises will help strengthen your body to help with those injuries.
