The wait was a little long, but janet was very friendly, helpful, and is the best! I cant stand filing paperwork and stuff, it stresses me out like nothing else, but she made it all good. Give her a raise!

I recently purchased a house in this county have have received a few bills with conflicting information. I've called in twice for clarification. One person was very polite and helpful. My most recent call was with a woman who was rude from hello. Kept cutting me off, not letting me finish a single sentence about why I was calling. Paying taxes is bad enough, getting additional unexpected tax bills sucks even more. Calling just to verify (and I was very polite, I always try to be with everyone) and have some bitter vinegar pickle keep cutting you off and just be rude is like that final twist of the knife. Whoever is answering the phone is the type of person to get mad at baby goat videos.
