Jeff Little DDS

I just recently made the switch to Dr. Little, after hearing great things from two different people. I had the BEST experience I've ever had when I had two cavities that needed to be dealt with. When I say that it was almost pain-free, I mean it. I am a Registered Dental Assistant who has worked in many dental offices and also have had a LOT of dental trauma in the past, so I feel like I have a decent understanding and past experiences to give Dr. Little this 5-star review. He uses a technique of using a machine to give local anesthetic instead of the very large syringe that scares most people. It was given so slowly, that I forgot he was even doing anything and at one point I felt so relaxed that I was drifting off. Never has that ever happened. He also makes sure you're part of the entire process, where he describes what he's doing at any given moment. The front office, dental assistants, and hygienist are all so kind and helpful too!

I've been going to this place for almost 2 years now. And I'll tell you straight up I am low income work 3 jobs single mom. I qualify for state government insurance denti-cal I think it's called yet I still go to this place and pay out of pocket because that is how great this place is. Trust me this dentisy is great!! They're friendly, accommodating and don't judge. The doctor is great, answers all your questions, tells exactly you exactly what he's doing and all your options. Never lies to make more money. The office staff works with you on finding the best options that fits for your income. They are very patient and I have never been in pain here. They don't charge for cancellations and are hands down the best dentisty office around in El Dorado County. So friendly, honest and professional. They make me feel better about my smile again.

Dr. Little has been my dentist for 15 years. He is amazing and I would highly recommend. His staff is hard-working and customer service friendly !

used to be a very warm and friendly environment when I first started coming in about a year ago.the customer service in the past few months have been less than satisfactory. I have been haggled multiple times recently on making my payments in full the day of when they used to let me pay a portion every month and never had an issue.if your going to change your policies ,at least send out a letter or an email.
