It's actually a memorial of sorts for the owner's deceased son, a relative of mine. I'm not 100% sure those were all his old boots, but I believe most of them were. I think they probably did it because they thought it'd be a better way to remember him than something far more macabre. Never thought it'd be an attraction, but how often do you see boots on a fence, right?

This place belonged to my favorite neighbor & friend, Patricia Navarro. Pat passed a couple months ago. I live right directly across Highway 49 from her. Always a pleasure and treat to visit our neck of the woods.
