We just sold my late father's house today through a probate. Went through 2 years of chaos with family disagreements, a family member illegally listing the property, a court hearing, a squatter situation, and the property nearly ending in foreclosure.
Every step of the way and every time I turned around there seemed to be another obstacle, another attempt to throw a wrench into the transmission by a so called family member or a loved one, but Nate stuck it out with me, he kept me on track, kept things moving forward, and most notable, encouraged me to push back when I was beginning to feel defeated.
Nate has been full of great advice, and he coordinated very well with my probate attorney and everyone else involved to not only get this house sold, but also he did so strategically, as it sold for a lot more than I thought it could.
