I am so happy Sir Mozey and I found Smith Flat Animal Hospital.

Mozey had some bad experiences at other places so I truly appreciate the patience and understanding to accommodate Mozeys need to ‘beeline’ in and out of a room!

We love it here. We have 3 dogs, all small/medium sized, and all, shall I say, “special snowflakes”…Dr. Kennedy and his whole staff are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very skilled at explaining things so anyone can understand. Their pricing is reasonable and I’ve never felt pressured or rushed.

Smith Flat Animal Hospital has been the veterinarian office my family has taken our animals to for years and is the only place I feel comfortable taking our pets. Dr. Kennedy is very good at what he does and throughly explains all options and possibilities, our family loves Dr. Kennedy and all the staff. I highly recommend this vet for your family pets.

I took my beautiful baby girl Bella she's a young 10 yr. old mixed Mastiff to another Vet & was told she's old "she's got arthritis "but she just wasn't acting herself, and limping, even on the meds they were giving her. Dr. Kennedy took a couple test and right away he found that she had bone cancer. Everyone here is so KIND, GENTLE, knowledgeable & understanding just couldn't ask for a better support team for your loved family member they're helped her to be as comfortable as possible. They're really Great!!!

Dr Kennedy is great. He's friendly, professional and I find he's very good at articulating what's going on with your pet and what options you have. The staff has always been friendly to me and everyone makes an effort to remember your name. My Dogs are always happy to see them which is unusual for them lol.

Dr Kennedy did a wonderful, heartfelt job putting our Shiloh to rest. All of the office employees have been very helpful and great with both our dogs.

Dr Kennedy and staff are wonderful, they are particularly good in telling you about costs upfront instead of a surprise bill. Have taken care of rattlesnake bit emergency and rat poisoning emergency. Thank you.

Good all around vet clinic. They treat my pup Jake, just like he was one of their own. Prices are competitive with other vet facilities in the area. They take the extra time needed to explain to a lay person all I need to know to feel comfortable with whatever is being taken care of. I've never felt cheated or disrespected & the office personnel in addition to the actual Vets all are professional in every respect. I highly recommend Smith Flat Animal Hospital for all your vet needs. (Highly recommend is not a term you will see often in my reviews.)

Absolutely amazing!! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is spotless!! We’ve been to vets all across the country as fulltime RVers and this is by far one of the best!!

My dog has gone here since we moved to the area. Highly recommend, wonderful kind staff. They have explained everything well and they love my pup so I know she's well cared for her.

I don't think I will ever find a veterinarian hospital with kinder helpful office staff, Dr. Assistants and a fabulous doctor. The whole crew made me comfortable and were so supportive in the decision I had to make for my pet. And with all those positive attributes they went a step further and helped me with costs. They are genuinely caring people. I needed an appointment for my pet on short notice. It was just for a nail trim since I would be going out of town unexpectedly and didn't know when I could be back. They make time for us that day.

I was able to tell that the staff love their work. Doctor Kennedy introduces him self to me . I highly recommend this veterinarian great prices.I felt that this office didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need . I'm looking forward to going back again.

I have moved all 7 of my cats and dogs to this practice, for the one reason that Smith Flat Animal Hospital uses mercury and adjuvant-free vaccines. In addition, there is no pressure to choose all vaccines, and respect for individual choices for our pets’ care. Today I brought in two of my pets who needed care, and Dr. Kennedy was respectful, wise, compassionate, and very helpful in providing information and explaining everything clearly and simply. This was THE best experience at a vet’s office that I have ever had. The entire staff was wonderful. I am so grateful this practice is here and do not plan to use any other.
