Dr Raymond truly cares about the animals. I gave a 5 star review based on his love of animals and professionalism. Unfortunately they have an office manager named Laura who is greatly lacking critical customer service skills and not a good reflection of his office. I hope she realizes that and changes, or Dr. Raymond finds a better manager who better reflects the same professionalism and compassion as he does.

I can't say enough about this extraordinary place! Literally saved my dogs life for under a hundred bucks! Took him 2 mins to diagnose and start treatment. So so greatful!! This boy is almost back to his self again. 🤗❤🙏

Dr. Raymond and staff are very kind and knowledgeable. We had a dog with an aggressive MAST cell cancer. It was a long 4 months but felt guided and supported through the endeavor. We knew it was a matter of time according to the biopsy results, but Casper had quality of life until then, thanks to PAW and crew! They are forever in our ❤!

This is hands down the best vet in the world! I went in with my wife and our daughter really sad with my cat, after she was attacked and they helped me even tho I couldn’t afford it all they still worked with me. I have never been so grateful and appreciative in my life. These people that work here and own this establishment are amazing and if you need your animals checked out please go to them!!

You are going to wait forever and then pay almost nothing! Dr. Raymond is about caring for the pets of our community and definitely not about the money. His prices are ridiculously low which means almost everyone can afford to help their pets get wonderful care. What an angel he is!

So not everyone has thousands of dollars to take their animals to the vet when needed so I called around got different prices and this was by far the cheapest the actual office visit alone is only 25$ after the vet sees your animal he lets you know what he thinks the treatment option should be and the price is upfront out the door was only 75$ for some medicine the visit to know our dog was ok and the vet seemed to actually care about animal didn't seem like he was just trying to charge me threw the roof for stuff that was not even required I will be going back. When you get there you get a lil hand held buzzer when it's your turn it buzzed and you go up turn it in and get seen we did have to wait a lil bit but that's expected I didn't mind the wait for the price and assurance to know my dog was as ok.

Wow, finally a reasonably priced animal clinic. The Dr here is super kind hearted and loves his job. The hours are a little hard to manage but if you can the prices by far make up for a little inconvenience. I feel so many vets out there are overly priced and not concerned with the actual customer. This Dr. And his staff are quick, efficient, and kind, and reasonably priced. Thanks to the whole staff!!!! All my animals appreciate your services!!!

I am so impressed with the care & concerns for my dog Football that I drive from Sacramento to Plscerville to see Dr. Raymond &:his team. He is thural and compassionate and to see the many people lined up waiting for him when I have an appointment shows he is a gem. Love this vet! Hard to get into but if you can it is worth it especially if you are on a budget

Amazing place! I wouldn't have been able to afford the necessary surgery for my fur babies without them.

Dr Raymond is the best Veterinarian, who loves animals and has a kind demeanor. This clinic is for low income, people living on disability like myself. And other instances. He has helped my pets and myself out many times.

Our little puppy got his first check up with Dr. Raymond. It was a great experience for us, and our puppy. Very happy with the care we receive from staff.

Dr. Raymond is fantastic and the entire staff is caring and wonderful. My dog became deathly sick and I was able to walk in to the office and be seen. Dr. Raymond went over and above making sure my little girl was able to have the surgery she needed and all the amazing care she required. Not only did he save my dogs life, he gave me direct contact to him for anything she needed. This was an emergency situation and I was not charged thousands of dollars. I can't express enough that this Center is there for the animals and they go all out for these fur babies. This will be my Vet for all my animals. Thank you Dr Raymond.

Was recommended this place by a friend. The vet seems like a very honest and good person. He’ll give you what you need, without overcharging. The prices are a fraction of what other places are charging these days, and I get the sense he’s in the business for the right reasons. Office visits are around 25, meanwhile other places charge 120+ just for walking in the door. The waits are longer here, but the difference in cost is well worth it. Come here if you want an honest vet

Brought puppy for last parvo shot an inside info on getting to know our breed an having a high maintenance dog. His price is great for these hard times and I'm thankful for him, his help & knowledge.

This is the fur baby dumped in the neighborhood, left for dead and pregnant. Sad.. very sad.

Was scheduled for a simple follow up appointment after a neutering. I was not aware of this place until recently. From what I gather, their hours are 3:45 check in for walk in appointments starting at 4:00. You can pre schedule an appointment but their hours are only 4 until 7pm. The paperwork I filled out stated that with the $20 exam fee, appointment time must be kept to a minimum. My dog was seen for probably 5 minutes, but was dealt with proficiently and professionally. I was not charged for an exam fee, told it was part of the original neutering charge. The waiting room is small, pagers were given when checking in so waiting in your car was a nice option. I had maybe a 2 minute wait from check in. A gathering of perhaps 6 or 7 people were waiting outside the door for the 3:45 check in so they seem to be pretty popular. I will be trying them out for future services as costs at other Veterinarian clinics have become quite expensive. I will update my review after my next appointment. For my first time, the office staff and intake staff were very friendly and professional. The place was clean.
