Did a perfect job fixing a crunched door on my car and painting it in my requested replacement color! Communicated everything being done in detail and made sure to inform me of any intricacies dealing with insurance. 10/10 service and they even had my vehicle done perfectly in the estimated amount of time. Also had my windshield replaced here a few months ago and it has been perfect as well for a great price!

Another great experience with the folks at Hangtown Body Shop. We had three cars repaired there in 2 months and each job was handled perfectly by Misty and the craftsmen at the shop. The communication was good throughout the repairs and the completed work is beautiful. Two of the 3 jobs were insurance repairs and handled seamlessly by Hangtown because they maintain great rapport with the appraisers. The one out of pocket job was priced very reasonably and it was clear they did everything they could to keep the cost reasonable. Thank you Misty and repair staff at Hangtown for being awesome. I had an accident in my 2021 Bronco sport and the front fender area was mostly… well… gone. Took it to these wonderful people after a friend recommended them. My insurance company was a total nightmare even though we have full coverage and no deductible. They were so communicative with us, worked with my terrible insurance and still got a total front fender rebuild done to PERFECT STANDARDS in just over a week. Rebuild, paint, the whole nine yards. No small project. Got it back in time to take care of family things we need. Thank you for getting my baby back to me! Billy the Bronco looks perfect! 😍

I highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing repairs, body work and paint! The women in the office are like a breath of fresh air, so welcoming, sweet, caring and understanding with any situation. They handled our insurance like bosses! The communication and professionalism here is incredible. Something that’s hard to find lately. The guys in the back that make the magic happen are incredible at what they do. The paint and body work on our truck is probably the best paint work I’ve ever seen. No imperfections at all! They really know what they’re doing and it shows. Super thankful for everyone over there!

This is, HANDS DOWN, the BEST repair shop in town. Living far up in the mountains, you have to dodge a lot of friendly and no so friendly animals/people. Although most of the time, trying to dodge them just makes it worse. Which is why I know from many experiences that this is the best place to take your car to in the area. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind hearted people!

I honestly don’t know where to start. This review is long over due.
After a string of bad luck back in November, a car we had just bought after having our prior car totaled— ended up in a head on collision with a deer. Literally we had the car for possibly 3 weeks. I sat on the phone for hours trying to find somewhere to have the car towed to and after about 4-5 different phone calls and being told no, I found hangtown. Misty answered the phone & was so pleasant, kind and without hesitation said, YES, bring it here. Even though they probably had ZERO reason to accept another car because they too, were swamped. I told her my sob story and was almost in tears, because I truly couldn’t believe we were going to be without a car again. The journey that I went on with Misty and Deva over the next 2 months was incredible. The damage was so extensive, that the whole front end needed to be pieced back together essentially. Through the horrible winter storms, part shortages, and just all around patience needed on both ends, we had to laugh through the trauma of this together, because it wasn’t easy lol. I am SO thankful. They did AMAZING work. They stand behind their work. They are amazing to talk to. I think I talked with Misty and Deva just for fun some days because they are genuinely wanting to help and give answers. There were times I would call just wanting an update and being greeted with, “HI Sara!” Is so refreshing when you are going through it and life is just kicking you in the butt. I kept calling myself the problem child, because my car was quite literally any shops worst nightmare lol. And i just felt so bad. But they still made me feel confident and aware they were GOING to get the car fixed and back in our hands asap.
You guys made such a tragic and expensive season of our life so simple and much easier to get through. Again, THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart I don’t think there’s enough words to tell you guys how thankful my husband and I are. Businesses like this are so rare, and while I want to keep you a secret, and all to myself, that’s not fair and the whole world needs to know just how amazing Hangtown Body is!

Huge shout out to hangtown!! A deer hit my car and I had thousandssss of dollars worth of damage. They got my car in and had the assestment done within 24hrs of me dropping it off. Due to how many parts needed to be order and the delay in shipment it took awhile for all of my parts to get to the shop this is something that could of been very frustrating however was not due to the amazing communication I was given by Misty! Constantly checking in and giving me updates and my call was always returned same day with great customer service. I took my car back to have my tires looked at the next day after pick up and no questions asked was seen literally right as I stepped out of my car with AMAZING customer service. Deva called after to even make sure my car was okay and I was happy with everything. Needless to say I had an amazing experience with hangtown and their customer service and communication is unlike anything I have experienced before!

Awesome experience! Deva and Misty are so nice. The car looks like a new one after repair. And I cant tell it just went through a repair! They are very transparent about the costs on everything and inform customers of any extra work on time.

When my car leaked inside for 4 rainy days & my carpet was SATURATED, Steve & Deva jumped in to clean & troubleshoot for almost 30 minutes "on the fly". I'd never been there before, & suspected the windshield. After referring me to a detail shop, I then returned for the windshield replacement. Steve & Deva, as well as their staff, are all professional while making you feel like "home". I won't use anyone else now. #supportmomandpopbusiness

Went to this shop for an estimate after an accident and Deva and Misty were so helpful, I needed some body work and painting done, I also had a cracked windshield and they have a new auto glass company so it was perfect, I got everything I needed to get done there and it was convenient, fast and great work! F250 Truck had bed damage. It was repaired right and on time. Friendly people too. I really liked that while the estimate was being entered i could watch on a customer screen. When i dropped the truck off, I mentioned id like them to look at why the passenger door needed to be slammed to shut (this had been a pain for years) and they adjusted it to perfection at no charge. I also added paintless dent repair on hood which came out perfectly too. I prefer to shop local as much as i can and should the need arise i will use this shop again.
