Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable resource for the community! So glad we stopped in here when dealing with a leaky shower. We called a plumber and were quoted over $1000 to repair it - even though they didn't seem to know how to work on it. Ferguson helped us identify the problem part and even though they don't sell it, they found it for us online for $40. This place is honest, has integrity and genuinely wants to help everyone who comes in, unlike the shady plumber we reached out to who only wanted to help if it made them beaucoup bucks. Thanks again Ferguson! This is our go to place from now on!

Was looking for an unusual item and the big box store wasn't going to cut it. The staff at Ferguson was extremely helpful and was able to order what I needed. At a good price to boot and I'll have it tomorrow. They earned my business today.

Their main business is plumbers and plumbing contractors but when I go in with problems or questions they are always extremely helpful, sometimes explaining a much easier and better way to solve my problem. They went out of their way to locate a special valve for me. To my embarrassment I had to return it and they were extremely nice. These are great people to do business with. In my experience, the other plumbing supply house in our area is exactly the opposite.
