Great service, simple, fast, easy. Christina helped me with a signature loan and opened an account for me... and it was unbelievably simple and quick. She's super nice and really good.

Always friendly, never a line, good rates… Ive been a member since the early 90’s.

I Really like the service they provided.. There was a new teller at the desk that greeted me all friendly like and made me feel very welcome and then Brittany her coworker/manager ? Anyway they both were super nice and friendly, the best part that is not where the great service ended. My Teller was actually a younger gentleman very kind and was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process as I am 23 and new at learning about being an adult and where to start when it comes to financial responsibility. Thank you all for your kind attitude!!! AMAZING

Amazing customer service. Did 2 vehicle loans very fast and easy. Also did 2 signature loans, even easier. We're very satisfied.

It's a credit union. They are in business to make money. If you use the atm to get your money out of the bank, it cost you $3. We have a car loan and a credit card from here. We had to borrow some cash from our credit card and it had a higher interest rate and when we went in to pay it back they refused to apply it to the higher interest rate loan of credit.

While taking advantage of a sale, my card was blocked. I assume it was due to suspicious activity, I was making multiple transactions. However I did not receive the call that should have came, asking to confirm my purchases. Instead, my card remains blocked over the whole weekend, as the call center is not open over the weekend.

In my opinion, you should have a call center open 7 days a week for these kinds of issues. Now I am unable to use my card until Monday, and it is my only means of feeding my family. I appreciate the fraud detection system, but there needs to be follow through without leaving members high and dry for multiple days.

Do not let your friends and family bank here! The customer service team is incompetent. I regrettably have a loan with Sierra Central and vow to never do business with them again. They have added more than a thousand dollars to our loan for insurance and continually add charges for insurance each month. I emailed Sierra at the "sierra@imcovered" email address four months ago to show proof of insurance. I have since called multiple times to have this taken care of with no avail. Each time I am promised they will contact my insurance to verify our policy and that they will follow up with me. They never do. They haven't contacted my insurance nor do they ever follow up with me. This place is a joke and you're better off banking anywhere, I promise you.

I am so tired of having to bend over backwards to get what I need from this bank. Why I can't get full printed statements from online access, I do not know. Yet again, I have to go into my branch. I am so close to closing my account and going exclusively with US Bank.
