After several recommendations, I brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed.
The mechanics checked other things and gave me some recommendations for the future.

When my family and I ran into some car trouble on our way to Tahoe, we were lucky enough to find J&J. Even though it was the last work day before Christmas and the shop was obviously busy, Josh dropped everything to help us. He expertly diagnosed the issue, and went above and beyond to get us on our way. He even gave my 8 y/o daughter some Lego's to play with so she won't get bored while we wait. WOW! I can't recommend J&J enough. We will definitely be back!

This is the epitome of what an auto care shop should be! I brought in my 2010 Toyota Corolla for a tune up and a brake inspection. I was concerned about a grinding noise when braking and was prepared for the worst. They took great care in driving my vehicle and evaluating the problem...which turned out to be a loose flap, costing me hundreds of dollars less than I anticipated!!! Caring, courteous, professional, honorable...if these are qualities you value, J & J Auto Care is the right place for your vehicle!

These guys are the best they go above and beyond when it goes to getting your vehicle on the road honesty and integrity is evident as well as their mechanic skills highly recommended.

These guys work on all my vehicles, even for just oil changes. I don't care if I pay a little more for maintenance when I can have the confidence of knowing that pro's that care about me and their reputation are taking care of my vehicles. These guys treat me and my wife like family and that is worth every extra penny paid. That being said they are very reasonable with their pricing so I feel like I'm getting a GREAT value! Thanks J&J. I was in the area visiting family after a 10 hour drive down and started having issues with my vehicle. J and J was recommended to me by a family friend and I’m so glad I went here. All of the guys here were great but Josh stayed past closing time to fix everything so that I’d be good to make it back home. Highly recommend these guys!!

These guys are fantastic. Some of the friendliest folk you'll ever meet, even at the end of a long day. Prices are very competitive and they never seem to be at a loss for info about any problem our vehicle I or my family have brought them. If you're looking for honest folks to get get the job done right, relatively fast and at a good price, look no further. Beware though, their clients are loyal and as such, they are busy and get booked fast! Make an appointment if you can!

My father and his friend/coworker own this amazing Auto shop and they do an excellent job. Great service treating you with respect. There prices are very reasonable. If you have a problem with your car I guarantee they will do a job you will love and tell your friends about.

I was at this shop when BMW showed up mech was very polite explained they do not wrk on BMWs that two shops down road would b glad to help her funny I made appt two weeks ago I’m waiting in office for my car to be fixed yet this BMW feels 1. she should take precedence over my appt 2.park so as to block other patrons 3. After being offered an air conditioned office & cold drinks she has the audacity to bad mouth the business , I wait two weeks for service because this shop honest, trustworthy, respectful shame on her ! 5 stars to J& J auto

My dad and I have been taking our cars here for several years. They are the only mechanics I trust, not to mention really nice guys and really good people! I've been to other mechanics in the Sac area, dishonest and expensive. Josh, James and Nick tell you like it is, don't overprice and don't sell you more than you need. I drive 45mins to get to them, they are great, will stick with them!

I've been coming here ever since I moved to Norcal almost two years ago and it's the only place I'll bring my car for general work - I just had the alternator replaced and they checked out my brakes and replaced the pads and fitted brand new rotors for free under warranty, so that was a nice surprise and done no questions asked. Really honest auto shop (a real unicorn!) and friendly people. I gladly travel from Folsom area to this shop. Recommended! 🌟

Honesty is the number one reason to go to a good mechanic. Another good reason is affordable price. J&J have all that and more love these guys. They will always treat Everyone right. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
