Rating it 4 stars because I did have to pay a fine 😐 for loitering, however the judge lowered the fine from $465 to $157 which is great but still annoyed about the ticket....

They are open until 3 and stop taking calls at 1. I called at 12:30 on my lunch break to reschedule a court date. It is currently 1:30 and I have been on hold for an hour. Am I going to be kept on hold until tomorrow ? Will my call ever be answered? So unprofessional and aggravating.
