We just got married recently here and I was very satisfied with all the nice staff and service, they made everything how I wanted, the room was perfect and beautiful , I loved the room and how it was decorated, we did the ceremony and licensing all in 1 day and only took 10 days after that or less to get our marriage license. We loved it, I would recommend this clerk office for anyone wanting to get to the point with a beautiful setting, They even have a nice outside area :) Staff was awesome <3 Thank you!

Made an appointment for obtaining a license. We were helped immediately and it was an easy process, with clear directions on how to fill it out. The one thing I wish was different was the way the phone line was structured. I called in to ask a different question and I had to wait a full four minutes to reach an actual person. As with most offices, they try to point you to finding everything online which can be very frustrating when you have already looked. However, when I finally reached a person, they were very helpful and kind.

People extremely helpful and very nice. I have called them and gone to the office two different times for important items and they have been wonderful on the phone and in person each time. Where other recorders offices didn't find what I was looking for and claimed it didn't exist they found it in 10 minutes. I'm very impressed with their office and workers.

Executed an important civil document here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly. And, less important but pretty neat, they have an indoor garden!

My husband and I just got married here and the staff was so friendly!! The women who officiated the ceremony was extremely sweet and made everything so special.

Called yesterday to get some details on filing some paperwork. The lady that answered the phone, was kind and helpful. Sometimes you get county workers that really only care to collect a pay check, this gal was not one of those employees. Really made me appreciate that we still have good people working for the county

Typical County/Public employees, lousy service, you have to wait for them to finish their cellphone conversations, then they tell you that they cannot process the paperwork because someone else who is not in the office that day. Public employees are nothing more than welfare recipients, they do not work, but they want their paycheck and gold star benefits. We need to change the rules/laws that public assistant employees get no more/no less than the private sector, maybe then they might do their job.

El Dorado Hills county recorder office, close afternoon after Christmas .... I have never seen a county close their office a day after Christmas is over. Normal business hours is from 8 am to 4 pm , we were trying to record today Dec. 26, 2017 at 1 pm, county office is CLOSED. Looks like this county has their own policy hours. This is not fair to other county's and not fair to tax payers.

They have the worst phone system, if you make it to the end of it without falling asleep then it's still impossible to get through to a person!

No one would answer the phone. Typical government employees!! Care only about their retirement, benefits, and coffee breaks!!!

I called recorders office clerk she was so rude and hang up on me.Bunch of lazy work there . Do nothing no help at all
