Hennig

Probably the best company i've worked for. It's a skilled trades shop that requires attention to detail, and for you to take pride in your work. I saw a previous review that mentioned if you aren't the right skin color then things don't work out. That's false. I've never worked for a company that cares and appreciates it's employees more then Hennig. All the way from the president of the company(that you see almost daily and talks to you about how you're doing, and gets to know you) , to direct management (that makes sure you have what you need to perform at 110%). I'd highly recommend other skilled trades people to check this company out.

Not to bad, staff was decent and helpful.

Picked up a load at building 9904 only one loading dock you can’t even see very tight space you will back up from the street while cars are speeding at 45mph

This is the worst place to work for in the area. They dont help you if you need it, they don't train you, and they vape in the work place. I'm sure osha would like to here that part. I got yelled at like a kid and got fired cause I told the guy "I'm not your kid." I shouldn't have to have that conversation at work.

DO NOT WORK HERE! My fiancee works here as has been screwed over. HR doesnt care about you, managment harasses its workers about their medical conditions. Friend was told he was hired in, did his full onboarding (4hours) then they emailed him and told him they went in a "different direction" even though they are EXTREMELY understaffed. You are forced to do overtime contrary to handbook rules. I would rate 0 if i could, DO NOT WORK HERE
