Caliber was truly amazing. The whole team made my process so easy and stress free. GEICO was a nightmare but everyone at Caliber took care of everything and made sure my needs were met the way they should be! And when I got my vehicle back, it was almost brand new! I didn’t expect such a 10/10 job!! Truly an Amazing Team!!

Someone backed into our car and pushed the headlight in and cracked paint on bumper. Caliber collision matched the paint perfectly and had the car ready to go ahead of schedule. Our estimator, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and very straight forward about what needed to be done. They kept us informed of status throughout the process. I will definitely use them in the future.

This was a great place to get work done on our car. Everything went very smooth and the car was completed very quickly! The staff here were very knowledgeable and sharp, especially Kelly (office) and Justin (Technician)! Now I know a professional shop where I can take my car in the future! My experience with Caliber Collision was excellent. Justin gave me options for repairing my car, gave me quotes for those options within 24 hours, and made an appointment for me to have the repair completed. The results were professional and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

Final price was slightly lower than original estimate, time to finish the job was right when they said it would be. Very communicative the whole way through. Felt like I was prepped for the worst and given the best. Justin was friendly, patient and flexible. I haven't been to a lot of body shops but I feel no need to look elsewhere after this. About as happy as I could be dealing with fixing a car.

The communication and quick repair was excellent. Haven’t seen customer service like this in a very long time. Caliber was able to get my vehicle in for a few dings and scratches along with a repaint of the quarter panel within a few weeks of the estimate. I had visited other body shops for estimates, Caliber did not over shoot their estimates nor did they come in higher. They were right where i expected the repairs to cost. I was informed each step of the way by Justin as my car was being serviced. The body work and paint were done excellent, i can not even tell where the scratches and dings were at.

Repair work was done quickly; communication was thorough and consistent; and the team went above and beyond to take care of me, including fixing an additional, non-claim-related issue (for free) and cleaning my vehicle inside and out! They even took care of returning my rental for me, making it easy to transfer things back into my own and go. Will absolutely use Caliber in the future when the need arises.

One never wants to have the need to take their vehicles to a shop, but when one needs to, I would trust this location of Caliber any day. Bob went above and beyond, while the staff was accommodating, helpful and communicative. I don't want to make a habit of seeing these guys, but if I need to trust a shop with my vehicles, I'd trust them to do the job.

My family was hit by another driver and our vehicle had to be repaired. We were referred to Caliber Collision. From the first interaction we knew we would be in great hands. As a company they are very professional. From the lady at the front desk, to Justin who we worked with specifically, to the Manager Bob.

They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience even though they know being involved in an accident is not a fun one. Justin was very professional and super kind. One of the nicest people I have ever spoke to, actually. He made this experience much easier on us.

Really great body shop. I had gone to one before coming here, but they never even put an estimate into the insurance. For about 4 months they told me they were waiting for parts and failed to call me back and communicate to me what was going on. I switched over to Caliber Collision and my vehicle was done in about a months time from pictures to full repair. They set me up with a date to bring my vehicle in and got my car done earlier than what I was told. They provide updates throughout the entire process. My car looks as good as new and I'm definitely going to keep coming back here for future repairs.

This was my first time going to Caliber collision. The people were very friendly and informative. They kept me updated every time they would get ready to do something to my car for the repairs I needed for my car after an accident. Best part is it only took 5 days for them to complete my repairs! They had an estimated day it would be completed and they finished my repairs on the day they promised! Definitely going back to them for any repairs in the future!
