Malone's Painting & Deck

From my contacts with Katrina in the office to my first meeting with Dave, the owner, who looked at the house and listened to what I needed to the estimate and the answering of all of my many questions to the crews that showed up - Day 1 - power washing the entire house, Day 2 - prep work with caulk and some layout of drop cloths and taping, Day 3 - house painting with more prep, including things I'd not thought about - clearing dirt and debris from around the foundation, for example, and sealing all of the windows and discussing with me the paint choices I'd made and how they'd apply them to the finished job, my experience was THE BEST! The company was recommended by the siding people and I'm really glad that I went with this company. I will surely use them again for any other exterior or interior painting or deck work. I highly, highly, highly recommend this company. You'll not be sorry.

They came highly recommended, and painted the exterior of our house and did the decks/porches. We had 3 colors of paint and they made great decisions on how things were handled where the colors met that really added style to the house. their work was careful and professional. can’t say enough good things about them.

I have used Malone's painting and deck restoration for years and they always do a great job. They are very fast, efficient and cost effective. I would highly recommend them to paint your home or your commercial building!

Great place to eat

I used this company in 2021 to stain my deck and paint a fence on both sides of my house. The owner came out and gave me a quote with was very reasonable. He prided himself on not overcharging people. The cost to stain my deck was $895 and the fence was $1395. the crew came out and spent all day here. They did an amazing job and they stain lasted 2 years!
I called them this year (2023) New guy shows up to give me a quote for the same deck and our casita. To do the same deck was $1740 and our Casita was $2780. I was BLOWN away. Definitely price gouged us. Two guys come to do the job. They do 1 coat and are gone in 2 hours. They claimed this was a "Big job" for the price.. Stain is already faded and won't last a year.

I highly reccoment you look for a different company. Whoever is running this place now is providing horrible work and price gouging.
