Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Yummy, the food was fresh and hot. The burger had all the flavor of a steak 😋 I got the double steak burger California style combo, and my daughter got the chicken tenders combo.we both got concrete shapes. Everything was so so good and fresh.

First of all the staff were nice plus they gave us extra fries. The spicy chicken burger was delicious 10 out of 10

I love Freddy's, I really love the 50's diner feel and at one point they played oldies on the radio but turned "hip" and play now music... which is sad BUT, the food is still pretty good! I have always enjoyed coming here, sometimes the fryer food comes a little dark like the oil needs changed or they left em in too long, but any complaint I've had they have always fixed it and went the extra mile after! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those looking for a good meal. Oh and yes the fries are shoe sting cut (my favorite but a lot of complaints) they are small, thin cut fries better to be scooped up at ate more than one at a time for!

Love Freddy's steakburger. The first one we went to was in New Mexico. Passing through Idaho falls we saw this and had to stop. It was just as good and everybody was happy with their order. The place was clean and staff was friendly. I got the barbecue bacon double cheeseburger that was featured on the menu at the time. It was great!

The manager tonight was truly so amazing going above and beyond. She fixed our ice cream orders and when my son dropped his ice cream she remade it for him at no cost. Thank you for your kindness and best customer service I’ve seen in years!

The burger was perfect, but a little bit little. I wish I knew how to make patties like that at home! Their frozen hot chocolate shake thingy is just a chocolate shake. I somehow expected something magical. It was good, tho! I'll be back.

We went through the drive-thru and the cashier was a young high school student. She is so positive, kind, and has a natural smile. She alone made the visit with it. Great customer service.

Freddy's Steak Burgers and frozen custard is fabulous! This is my second time here and the first time for my wife. I got the original patty melt and it's SO GOOD! The environment is a throw back to the 50's but play great 90's music and I love it. The employees are very friendly and keep this place looking great. The fries are the thin cut fries and are very delicious. They give you plenty to eat and have two kinds of fry sauce, regular and jalapeño! Highly recommended and we'll be back for sure!

Great experience. We came from out of town for a wedding. The best service I've ever had at a Freddy's. One worker, Veronica, was so awesome and helpful to us. Will definitely come back if we're ever in town!!

The food is always great, and if they mess up on an order the GM is willing to make it right. I always enjoy bringing my family in because you can make multiple changes to any combo, or just build what you want!

Girls bathroom was super gross.

The strawberry snickers shake wasn't mixed well at all. Every one thought it was just vanilla.

Personally, I love this place. The food is so good here and the workers are too. A young lady took my order today and complimented me which made my day. She than explained she was a new worker and wanted to make sure my order was right. (10/10 for customer service on her!) She got my order right and greeted me with a loving welcome. If you come to Freddys you'll love the customer service!

We ordered drive through and they gave us fries instead of onion rings. They were super sweet about it and gave us free sundaes on the side as well as the onion rings. 10/10 would recommend

This is my new favorite fast food burger place, I know it's been around but I finally tried and I am sold! The fries and thin and crunchy and so are the burger patties, I don't know why I love this so much, but it is so tasty! The frozen custard is the perfect dessert. It's always super clean and the service is wonderful.

This is probably my favorite fast food location in the area. It helps that they are located near my office, but they also have the best fries in town. And super friendly service!

Above and beyond!!! My order was incorrect from door dash. I am extremely sick and had to feed my 7 year old. I called the store and they remade my food and drove it to me themselves. Wow! Never have I ever experienced this level of customer service. Thank you so very much!

I was helped by a woman named Tara S. She was absolutely amazing in helping me decide what was good. Really amazing atmosphere, and the attitude of the employees was amazing. All around, a great experience for my first time in!

This was my first time at Freddy's. And I'm impressed!! I had the pepperjack jalapeño steak burger and it was amazing! Great flavor and delicious fried cheese curds! And they have a spicy fry sauce and seasoning packs! Next time I'm going to try the Patty melt with an oreo peppermint shake!! Staff was also very friendly.
