Chevy in sales and Tanya in service are absolutely amazing!! Chevy worked hard to get me into a brand new 2025 Kia Sportage with everything I wanted. Tanya is always on the ball with getting me in for oil changes on my previous Kia and did great getting me set up with the new one. Highly recommend checking out Stones Kia.

My daughter and I found ourselves in a situation that we needed another car and soon because our other one was about done. I was not excited about the stressful task of buying a car and it has not always been the best experience. I decided to stop at Stone's Kia. I had bought my other car from another Stone's dealership but this was my first time at the Kia one. I was not hopefully at all that they would be able to help. I'm glad I was wrong. Justin was amazing. He listened to our situation and walked us through some cars we might be interested in. Between Justin, the finance manager, and sales manager, it happened. We were able to buy a car. I appreciate all their hard work. And for making my daughter's first time car buying experience, straight forward as possible. Best experience at a car dealership! Dane, his manager, and the finance officer were very kind and relaxed. They were able to get the car I wanted for me in a specific color within a few days. Dane went through the entire car to show me all the features (some really cool ones I didn’t know about before by just looking online). Even the people I didn’t work with, but saw or spoke to briefly in passing, were incredibly nice. Thank you for helping me get this awesome car! Highly recommend the sportage and this dealership!

I can’t rave about my experience with stones Kia in Idaho falls and Brian our sales guy! Kia was having a special on a lease and we found out about it on the last day of the special. Brian and the team worked very hard to be able to make it happen for us. I felt like Brian was very straightforward and honest, which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel like i was jerked around at all. His attention to detail and slowing things down( not just making a sale) really making sure we were happy during and after the car buying experience is something new that we haven’t experienced at other dealerships. We will be back!!

Stone's Kia is the best dealership we've worked with in any state we've lived in (Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Idaho). Their staff are helpful and friendly but not too pushy like other dealers. They helped us get into the vehicle we wanted while understanding our financial circumstances.

For us, buying cars is stressful. They were understanding and helpful when we couldn't afford the car, we wanted the first time and patiently worked with us until the time was right. We ordered the Kia Telluride Ex in December 2021, and it took two years before it arrived. By the time it arrived in November 2023 our family dynamic and financial situation changed from what it was in 2021, and we could not afford the car at that time. Rather than blowing us off, they worked with us to order another Telluride, which arrived much quicker, only a 4 month wait this time. After it arrived, they worked with us to find the best interest rate possible and payment terms to fit our budget.

Justin, Brian, and the finance team are great! We have not worked with the service team yet but expect they will be just as good.

I've always had a positive experience with car maintenance/warranty work/recall issues with Stone's Kia and now I can add purchasing a car to the list of satisfaction. Great service all the way around and they had just the car I was looking for.

I was buying my first car and I was so nervous because I’ve heard so many bad things about dealership. But this was the best experience ever! It was so easy and I was able to work out a great deal and they went out of their way to help me! I had Dane’s help and he is the sweetest human ever and walked me though everything and made sure I knew what I was signed! He walked me though everything. - Attention to details. Brian, the salesperson, gave me a thorough demonstration on the new car technologies.
- The team is very communicative and patient. When I made the decision it was close to the end of their business hours, and they still diligently prepared my paperworks, got the car ready for me to drive home.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend my friends to consider this dealership in the future.

We have now purchased 6 vehicles as our life needs have changed with children venturing away as adults. Let me tell you that Justin, Kyle, and Tyler are just amazing people. All of the Stone's dealerships are great, but salesman Jeronimo Rangel will blow you away. From the minute he intercepted us in the lot as we got out of our car, through the end of our search he was all over it. He voluntarily sent us photos and videos, he ran quotes on various options, and (sadly for him) he responded both late night and early morning. Dude must never sleep. Anyway, he makes Stone's look good. Go ask for Jeronimo.

Justin was great! He did his best to understand my situation to help me with a good deal and vehicle! Doing this on my own this time around was a little scary at first but made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything. They were all so nice! I definitely would recommend them! It’s my second time using them and would definitely use them again! If you’re looking for new or used vehicle, I wouldn’t look any further and use them!

She helped us navigate getting our car fixed and it happened literally so fast. We live about 2 1/2 hours away and let me tell you, it was worth the drive. Thank you!

My wife was hesitant to buy a new vehicle, telling me she has never had a good experience while car shopping. I convinced her to stop at Kia with me to look at their inventory. Tyler was amazing and friendly, allowing us to look at many different options and drive a few different vehicles. She really liked the Turbo Sorento's roominess, power, and price. Tyler made it all happen without a hitch, and she drove away with it the same afternoon. She left the dealership with a different opinion of buying a new car.

Even though we ended up purchasing from elsewhere because we wanted a specific color of car, the service here was great. The salesperson we had was named Kurt and was not pushy at all. I loved not feeling pressured when looking and trying to decide what we wanted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in the electric car we were looking for and ended up purchasing elsewhere

Great place to buy a car. Had the vehicle we wanted (2024 Kia Sorrento X-Pro). Curt was great to work with. No pressure at all, not pushy, very helpful answering questions. This is the second vehicle we have purchased there. Jeremy was great with financing and made it a very smooth process. No need to go anywhere else to buy a Kia!

Had my new car in for its first service. Janae made the appointment quickly and was so friendly. I was dropping off early and Tanya was already there so she met me at the box and got my keys. They finished the job early and noticed a software recall update that needed to be done and completed it. They were thorough, fast and very friendly. The whole service department did an excellent job!!
