Jack in the Box

I enjoy jack in the box most if the time. Love being able to order breakfast items whenever. A friend loves the tacos. The only negatives I can think of is the bathrooms are freezing cold,sitting on the toilet is like sitting on an ice cube,absolutely makes me gasp especially in the winter,I also think they could use some updating. My interaction with the staff has always been good with the exception of a few. The manager is a great guy.

This is my usual Jack in the box restaurant that my family likes to go to for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner time. The food is always made fresh and most of the time our order is correct. My main complaint is every once in a while they add lettuce to my tacos when I ask for no lettuce. But, they get me new tacos made if they mess up. I've learned to check before I leave so we get it right. The manager here keeps things running smooth and has been around for sometime and is very friendly.

Was super kind to me and my friends and honestly treated us so kind and made out day, so, I wanted to leave this review to say he deserves a raise and is honestly so sweet, today is Saturday, and its the 4th of May, just so people know when he was working, he's a sweetheart and honestly hope he continues to have a good life

I guess I did not understand the size of the tacos but it was a meal. I would have ordered regular size tacos instead of the box. Still good. F 3rd ft

Food was good just very slow serive and there wasn't alot of people there

There was hardly anyone there around lunch time but the drive through line was really long. I put an order in through the mobile app for the drive thru but the manager was nice enough to change it to eat inside. The bacon ribeye steak house burger was decent. I had ordered the pineapple express shake only to find out that they were all out of the mix for it but they were willing to substitute another flavor.

They had such amazing customer service here. The food was perfectly cooked. I could tell that it had been a long day for everyone there, but that didn't stop them from smiling, being genuinely kind and doing their jobs.
Update: I did not think it was possible to get even better customer service than last few times I've been here. Seriously the staff here at this particular location of Jack in the Box are the best. They smile and are friendly and make eye contact. They do not look through their customers like we are invisible or don't matter. All of these people deserve raises here. Every last one of them.

I hadn't been there in a little while, but I was craving their tacos and jalapeno poppers. They didn't disappoint. I think they have the best tasting jalapeno poppers of and fast food restaurant. I keep going back for more.

I got the teriyaki chicken bowl, and was super good and filling

Double sourdough Jack, Bacon ultimate cheeseburger is the best choice for any hungry food lover. Take it from a fat guy 😆

I think I've been to this Jack in the box about four or five times in the last few months. Every time we were served our orders quickly and the staff is pretty friendly. It's absolutely got a huge dining area and they have awesome late night hours so you never have to worry about not making it in time before they close.

I had been to two other places for food and a shake. They didn't have machines working. I finally came to Jack in the Box and they had just refilled the machine. They let me order a shake and they are going to bring it out to me when it's ready. Yes I have to wait but I am being taken care of and the young lady in the drive thru was very nice!

3 tacos and a small drink for 3$ not bad when you want a quick reminder of jack in the box wish they were in my home town

I do door dash and my online orders are usually ready or within a few minutes. Plus I really like their Breakfast Platter.

This is one of the only places that serve shakes after 10 which is great for late night cravings. The wait is a little long but nothing too bad. I love the oreo shakes and the workers have always been nice. When I asked for extra cherries they added four which was awesome! I love those small details.

Glad they brought the chicken tater melt back!

Had one issue but it wasn't with Jack, it was door dash yet again, being such a wonderful app, but no sarcasm. Door dash sent it, said it got acknowledged, and in process. Well that was far from correct cause Jack never received it, and so I had to wait while they made it all. 5 STAR - Jack

Great staff!! Eager to get your order right and ready. Very friendly and upbeat. This place is located in a convenient place. Their tacos were really good. The tortilla was very crisp and the lettuce was so crunchy. I thank you.
