Super 8 by Wyndham Millbury/Toledo

All of the staff and I believe even the owner were AMAZING, friendly, helpful and it was a nice retreat in the country!!! Tysvm!!! Posting some of pics took while walking outside💜

My partner and I stopped over during a long road trip and were very impressed with the service. We were drawn in by the low price and convenient location right off the highway. I don’t know how this motel had such low ratings, because the room was cleaner than any of the motels we’ve stayed in this trip and the hospitality was excellent! It is clear the staff care deeply about customer experience. Dustin was super helpful getting us checked in late and we had some wonderful conversations before heading back to the room. Dustin even followed us down the property to make sure the room key worked, because there had been an issue earlier that day. He even brought us plates and cutlery for our food to our door!

Also there is a cat, Oreo, who is super sweet and adorable you just have to meet!

I had to book a 7 day stay online at the last minute because my apartment move in date got delayed and These reviews had me nervous as heck checking into this Motel because I just knew it would be terrible but to my surprise IT WAS NOT. I had a NON SMOKING ROOM and it was pretty decent for the PRICE and I do mean PRETTY DECENT. No smells, my sheets were super clean and white along with my towels and they had all toiletries stocked. This is NOT a 5 star hotel, you are not going to get the glam and super fancy stuff so you should NOT expect it especially when you didn’t pay for that! This is the best MOTEL I’ve seen for the PRICE and I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff are super friendly as well and VERY willing to help.

Friendly staff and clean & comfortable room. This place might look rundown from outside and in the middle of nowhere, but inside is renovated well. The individual access to each room from the parking slot eliminated contact with others during the pandemic which is a big plus in our opinion. For the price we paid, we will definitely stay here again.

Lots Of Truck Parking. I Didn't Sleep In Rooms

Stayed here last night. It was a clean room (smoking since I'm a smoker) and great rate. The next nearest place was more money and I had to get a refund after switching rooms twice because of obvious bugs at the other (not naming it, just read reviews and you'll know where) but this is not a neighborhood issue, since the Super8 was clean.

Check in was fast, they have a nice pub on site, management has their shiz together and it was a really comfy bed.

I stay here at least once a week. The rooms are always clean. The showers always work. They have a great TV/satellite system. Plenty of parking for big trucks. The bar across the parking lot has great food and cold beer (get it by the bucket, it's cheaper).

The staff were very friendly and helpful, The hotel was a little hard to find, for the price we paid for the Room, It was not bad, it was pretty quiet for the location of it, I was most sad the there really was no continental breakfast

I'm staying at this super 8 as I type this so far so good! There are a lot of negative reviews on here...Honestly yes I will admit outside definitely isn't easy on the eyes, but the room I've double checked it's in pretty good condition. The price is very reasonable the staff is very helpful. Don't go by reviews alone tbh.

Hands down best relaxing, peaceful, kind friendly staff.... I will definitely make my way back here! Tub extra clean was able to sit and bathe. Breakfast and all for $62 u can not beat that. Staff shoveled snow infront of my door, street, and even my car. So amazing

My stay was Great!!! Especially For the price along with breakfast can't beat it. All rooms hotels rooms may need addtional cleaning.Thanks for my stay

As my husband always says believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see because like it has posted all over this hotel we are under renovation please excuse it and says sorry of course the place isn't going to look perfect but they are doing a heck of a job getting this place together this place is not bad at all we have a very nice room me my husband and our kids have been here going on a month waiting for our house to be ready to move into and we couldn't of asked for God to place us anywhere else while we wait Maryanne the general manager is one of the nicest sweetest lady's I have ever met this woman runs around with her head cut off trying to keep this place together she will make you feel welcome and make you feel like you are at home the other staff here are also very nice. people on here are complaining about the front door being locked well they are very short staffed there's only 3 people that work the front and only one housekeeper because noone wants to work these days so these people do what they can around here and try there hardest to keep this place going so cut them some slack....goodbye have a nice day🙂

Samantha that works at the front desk went above and beyond for us . Our semi truck got stuck in the shop for a few days and we ended up needing somewhere to stay. Samantha went out of her way to help us figure out what places delivered food in the area and when our room had a heating problem she quickly remedied the problem. This girl is a great employee . Thank you Samantha for making a bad situation so much better.

Reserved this Super 8 on my way back to Orlando and glad I did! I got a GREAT deal using the hotelcoupons green guide book at the rest stop and looked at the reviews before staying here and I LOVED it. They had spacious space for my rig and you couldn't beat the price for 2 nights. I would recommend this Super 8 to anyone because it looks like they are remodeling the place and it looked clean from the outside.

The daytime staff is absolutely amazing! The owner is exceptionally sweet. The manager is beyond hospitable. The room is clean and very room-y. I can't say anything for the previous negative reviews. All I can say is that the place is every bit of wonderful.

Low cost motel. Clean room. Always helpful housekeepers and office staff. Easy access to highway. Two large truck stops within walking distance. Plenty of semitrailer parking next door.

Upon arriving, we were greeted with exceptional kindness from the staff. They helped us through the night with any question about the town and pretty much with anything we needed. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay anytime I return to Millbury :).

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms and direct t.v. with Wi-Fi. Hard to find a motel/hotel with smoking rooms, they've got em. Nice bar and grill across the parking lot. For the price I would choose this place over any other in the area. Had some issues with my room and the GM personally came and fixed my problem. Great job super 8. Very happy customer.

It may look like a mess, but they are updating the upstair rooms. So the prices are great at the moment. The night front desk guy is great, and it's quit.
