Stellar Service from Danii and the Exceptional Team at Flying J!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-tier customer service at Flying J, thanks to Danii and the incredible team. From start to finish, my visit was nothing short of outstanding, and it's all thanks to the dedicated staff members like Danii who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Danii's warmth and professionalism were evident from the moment I stepped foot in the establishment. Their friendly greeting and willingness to assist me with any inquiries set the tone for a fantastic experience. Not only did Danii provide expert guidance and recommendations, but they did so with a genuine smile and a willingness to make sure I had everything I needed.

In addition to Danii's exceptional service, I was also impressed by the teamwork and camaraderie displayed by the entire Flying J staff. From the cashier who greeted me at the entrance to the team members who kept the facilities clean and organized, everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and committed to ensuring a positive customer experience.

It's evident that the Flying J team takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Thanks to Danii and the rest of the outstanding staff, my visit to Flying J was not only convenient but also enjoyable. Pilot cashiers were both great and I appreciate you going to the back to check on an item that was out of stock. Parking is tight and the fuel lanes don't leave much room when trucks pull forward. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

McDonald's order was ready quickly, but nothing tasted fresh. The fries were soggy and gross, tastes like it is time to change the grease.

This place is a regular stop for me when I'm out this way. They are easy to get to right off of the interstate and have friendly staff. Most importantly for someone with young children I have consistently found them to have clean bathrooms. A minor modern miracle. Keep up the great work

From the outside it appears to be a smallish travel stop and I didn't have high hopes but this had the cleanest, nicest bathrooms I've seen at a truck stop. The people were very friendly and the attached McDonald's was excellent! Great food and service! 5 stars!

I enjoy this place, sometimes gas is higher here, but I go for the staff. Angel is always cheerful and the rest of the staff is fun and personable, I should probablylearn their names... Even comical at times. Great way to start the day. Women of Pilot calendar coming soon. Hahahaha

Well running gas pumps. Clean bathrooms. Well stocked. I’ve never had an issue here.

It's a bizzy place, but it's ALWAYS clean, well lit, the men's room is always clean and well supplied. Good selection of items in the Pilot store also.
The McDonald's there does a great job too!

Very nice store thats always clean. They have everything you'd want and then a whole lot more. The options are endless from drinks & food to souvenirs & car accessories to ohio state merchandise & gorilla duct tape.

Great people friendly people great service and bathrooms are really really clean took a nice shower and I had to worry about the mess but everything else is still good bad thing not much parking spaces but yeah I got lucky but I recommend it

They typically have the lowest fuel cost out of the 6 stations surrounding the the turnpike area. The station is well kept and has a clean McDonalds there as well.!

This travel center has the best stocked and maintained coffee service from Mi to NC. Just don't try to get something from the McDonalds - the slowest ever.

I only wished I had gotten her name but the sales associate went above and beyond. Bought 24 Gatorades for my crew on a hot day and she helped put them I the cooler and provided some ice. Customer service isnt dead!! Its alive at Pilot!

Found what I needed (a new cooler) and the items to go in it. Even had help taking it out to the truck! Very helpful people here!
