Whiteside County Community Health Clinic

I don't have a lot of options with my dental insurance, but I'll gladly continue making the trip (an hour each way) to Whiteside County. The staff are friendly and efficient, care is excellent, results are top notch.

The receptionist, dental assistant Tara, and the dentist were professional and treated me with respect. As I am petrified of dental work, they made me feel comfortable as my tooth needed to be pulled.
Would recommend this dental clinic to others and have done so.

I visited the Dental Dept. today. This location is in network for my insurance. More than pleased!!! I have been going to the same dentist office my entire life but they were not in-network and I was paying so much out of pocket for just a cleaning. I was a little hesitant about changing but I love Whiteside County Health Dept dental clinic! The ladies at the front desk were EXTREMELY nice and helpful, the hygienist and dentist were so nice!! I will definitely be going back!!! I highly recommend!!

Amazing!! I've not been to the dentist in awhile (a lot longer than I care to admit) but they made me feel comfortable. It was very fast and painless. I am so glad I found this place!! I definitely recommend

I went to the clinic for my fourth appointment today. This one wasn't planned, but the staff took time for me, because I was experiencing intense pain. The office staff have always been accommodating and kind. I needed several teeth pulled, and now that I only have Medicaid, WCH was the only place accepting my insurance. Dr. Wertz, the 4 different assistants working with him, and the BP nurse, were all wonderful! I've been to several dentist in my lifetime, and Dr. Wertz was the least painful practioner I've been to. He worked me into his schedule for a lengthy procedure, not originally planned, to help me instead of making it easier for himself. I'm very grateful to discover this group of caring professionals.

All staff we excellent and very professional. Very nice. If you're coming in for a tooth extraction. They work very fast to get you in and out of pain asap. Would Recommend this place for everyone.

This place and these people are amazing. They truly care about patients and the community. They do way more than just making appointments, and every staff member I've known in the last 8 years has always gone above and beyond to be as helpful and kind as possible. I'm super grateful. Thank you 💙

These people are ALL absolutely amazing. Anybody who disrespects them are a bunch of fools. They try so hard to meet everybody's needs..if you can't be patient and wait for your appointment..then beat feet people. They are life changers. Just give them a chance..they give you one.

My family and I are more than pleased with Whiteside Health Clinic. We have all been going for years now and have not one complaint. This Clinic is EXCELLENT!!!!

My visit was time consuming and I received all the right procedures and treatment! I suggest using this clinic it is very good!
