Burger King

We went through the drive-through and ordered 4 meals. The customization and drinks were all done perfectly. The burgers were hot, fresh, and looked better than the pictures. The fries were also hot, fresh, crispy, and perfectly salted. The price ($49) was more expensive than we expected since we hadn't visited in a while, but the food made up for it. Friendly staff, fast service, great food.

Stopped in for lunch today, and was surprised by a drastic increase in from our last visit.
When we pulled up to the window to pay and collect our money, Winfred made a joke and had us laughing which took any and all sting out of the price of the experience.

I think we would be happy to patron the store again.

Many negative reviews but that was not my experience. Clean area and bathroom, food was good and timely, customer service was polite with no staff errors at 8am on a Friday.

Everybody was polite and courteous. The team members all worked together very well. The music was easy listening and pleasant, not hard on the ears. The dining area was clean.

Great service, even during the lunch rush. When there was an honest screw up, the staff took the time to correct the problem the first time.

I haven't had food this hot from a Burger King and quite some time I had to eat a little bit before I pulled out the parking lot it was just that good

Burger King on Bellschool and State…. Your employee that works the drive thru weekday mornings is an extremely lovely man! It is rare in todays world to be greeted with such kindness and a smile. You really hit the jackpot when you hired this man. He is alway courteous, friendly and always with a smile. He’s from the south he has a beautiful southern accent. You should give him a raise, bonus and employee of the year! Whomever hired him you have impeccable taste in whom you employ! I just wanted you to know he always brightens my day and because of him I will keep coming back to your establishment! Please tell him thank you for me and do something nice for him because I would have tipped him if I could!

I am happy with the service I get here every time. Better than a lot of take out places lately. I also want to send prayers to those employees affected by shooting next door casino. I will still stop here on dr. Days.

I just stopped in and ordered a whopper meal at 6am and the man working the drive thru was one of the nicest workers I’ve come across in a long time. What a sweetheart.

The employees here are super friendly. No joke, the Rodeo Burgers were the best I've ever had.

Don't know who's working the grill today 3/04/21 at 4:20. I'm sitting in the parking lot enjoying the first whopper I have seen in a long time that's actually made right. Sad to give something 5 stars just because it's done right for a change but hey, good job.

It's Burger King . The service was great. Kids serving were pleasant and polite. Clean restaurant. Food was good.

Wonderful staff. Manager was a sweetheart. They ran out of eggs for the farm house king, he checked with me before making it still. Also asked how i wanted my chocolate shake and triple checked to make sure my burger was plain. Everything in a timly manner 5 star perfect.

I'm a manager here and I do have to say that within the last few months we have fired and hired new staff and gotten the store under control. It is clean, fast, and easier to be helped than it was with the older staff. Things are still being worked on but hey not everything is perfect. Come see me Monday-Friday 8-4 most days.

We went at 8:30 at night and drive thru was the only think open. Did was great and service was fast. Not sure why they cost so early or if they are ever open for done in.

At first, when I pulled up in the driving snow, this just a Burger King. I was wrong. The service was amazing. The guy in the window was polite and prompt. The food was great and on time. Overall, 👍👍

LITERALLY THE NICEST PEOPLE, I went here at 10:00pm and they had the nicest crew ever, called my mom a queen when making her wait. Out of a whole bunch of stuff but they made up for it!

It's been a while since I was at the Burger King in Rockford but it was great it was clean people were really nice drive through very fast hands-free connection I would recommend this Burger King

Very well done food...Burgerking is one of my favorites fast food places..
