This store is always efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I go there a lot for shipping items, doing returns, and getting things notarized because I like their customer service so much.

Friendly, fast customer service, able to satisfy my request to ship a laptop.

Ashley is awesome she deserves a raise for how she helped me this morning in more than one way she will never know. I thank you for being so patient with me and I hope this brightens your day and makes you smile. I only ever come to this store because I trust all the women behind the desk so much! Always speedy great customer service. Amazon returns are always fast in-and-out service as well. But, the main reason for this review was Ashley's service, thank you again so much!

Had a great experience at this location the other day. Jodi was so awesome and helpful! I showed up to a line out the door, struggling with a return label, a huge deflated stand up paddleboard with all of the accessories, a giant broken down box, and a three year old. She came out and helped me right away and even took the package inside for me, I never even had to set foot in the store. Much relief for me and great service!

Awww man......looks like I need to send something back through shipping. Well I'm off work so that is a plus. With that said it rarely happens so I get driving with a positive attitude. I pull into the parking lot and not too bad. A few others with the same mind, yet not a line out the door. I get out, in the door and into line. Hey this is going well.....almost at the front. Then it happened.....I was treated like an important consumer, wow. The, young lady (Alissa) greeted me so I knew what line to enter. The man (Ryan) in the opposite line told me "hello" with a firm nod to let me know I'm being attended to. I thinking, "I have my phone info ready and this is open and shut......yes." Well no.....I was not completely ready and I was doing what I planned to avoid.... holding up the line. Awww, man.... who am I right now?? Before I totally lost it inside my own brain Alissa told me, "You are fine.....is it ok for the next to move up in line?" I said, "Yes!...I'm holding things up.... thank you." As I got things in order Ryan managed to dodge a negative comment about pricing and reply with patience and knowledge. Of course I'm multitasking while dealing with my lack of shipping information.... what else is new, lol. Both professionals are handling questions and getting things accomplished with a relaxed calm. Right on que..... the line increased. I finally got my information through to the store email after a try or two....
(don't judge me, lol.) Things got completed and I was told, "You are good and nothing to worry about." I got the nod from Ryan on the way out and I let them both know...." I cannot even deal with you guys... you are doing great work." I gave the salute as I turned and got back to my day. The UPS #2817, near East State, really gave me a positive feeling and knowledge so I can be ready.....so not to hold up the line. (Shaking my head as you read.)

I go here to mostly return products from Amazon. Been here several times. Never had any kind of problem. Walk in, hand them my return, show them the email from Amazon verifying the return, get a receipt and walk out. Easy. Fast. Friendly. In and out within five minutes.

I recently had a couple of very personal documents that I needed handled confidentially over a period of a month or so. The staff were very understanding and helpful. I'm grateful and thankful for that level of service. I have a feeling, although I don't know, that this store is a family own business. Just a gut feeling....

I had a wonderful experience on Sat. I was worried about all these bobble heads that I had to ship. The lovely lady Alexa saw my original box and asked if it was okay for her to redo it. I was totally okay with it! She helped me with the pricing, made me feel super happy with my visit. The main reason why I went to UPs is because I don't trust anyone else to pack my stuff for my stuff to get delivered safely! Thank you for the service and I know there is no place else that I want to go for my stuff to get shipped!

They were very friendly and helpful. I got my Amazon package returned in mins. I was surprised at how easy it actually was. I will definitely be back if I need to return anything else.

Went in to return about 5 Amazon items. Line was very long but I was very surprised how quickly the line went down. The lady who did my returns was very nice and seemed to do a good job pretty quickly.

A big thank to the lady that helped me return a package from Amazon, I didn't have the right label she emailed information from my phone to hers and printed there. It was their lunch time and she went above and beyond for me. People can always say negative things but not praise when we do a good job. Thank you again.

Ashley and her coworker (manager?) were patient and helpful when I came in with several items to mail and no idea what the best way to package them was. Tip for customers, pay them to do the packaging!

Best service you could ask for! They even pulled out my package and fixed an address for me after I dropped it off (but I wouldn't recommend it). Rosa and Lisa went above and beyond for me and I will strictly go to UPS from now on!

After waiting around for 20 minutes at the FedEx store across the street from the Rockford, Illinois, UPS store I was told that they could not help me with shipping a guitar (without hard case) back here to Long Beach, California. I finally found the UPS store, and from the second I walked in I knew I was in the right place. The girls working there were most courteous and helpful and very professional. Cheyenne worked with me and took care of my shipment, and her coworker (I'm sorry, but I don't remember her name) was there every step of the way. A guitar without a hard case is a difficult item to ship, but these gals dug right in and found a solution and my guitar arrived today in perfect condition. You want to talk about customer service? Well the two gals working at the Rockford, Illinois, UPS store on East State Street on February 15, 2015, at around 4 PM really delivered. My visit to that store and the experience I had getting this order taken care of would have made an excellent training film on how to deal with difficult items to ship.
