The staff here is really on their toes and are super friendly. The employees are very knowledgeable on where things are in their store. It is a clean store and their shelves are full. It is real rare if they do not have the things I need. Thank you, Walgreens on Charles Street!

This particular Walgreens is almost always busy as it is the only 24 hour store in our neighborhood. The staff has always been polite and professional and if there is ever an issue with my insurance coverage, they do their very best to straighten it out. Being in the insurance field as a broker myself, I feel very fortunate to have such thorough pharmacy staff on my side. Thank you for all you do and continue to do to keep our community safe and ensuring that we get the proper medications in a timely fashion. You are all appreciated in our book. The staff at this Walgreens are all very nice. Today a young tall man whose name I didn’t get was at the register and was very kind and helpful to an older lady who was struggling … he didn’t hurry her and was very patient. So great to see.
