I have been suffering from chronic back and feet pain for 12 years. I was always scared of doctors because they wouldn’t believe me when I told them my problems. That was not the case with Tracy Palmer. She believed me upon first visit. She was quick to search for a cause and had found it in just 3 weeks. I have never admired or trusted a medical professional so quickly and so much. She has my loyalty for years to come. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have.

Wonderful dr's office. Been going here for years. Really like Dr. Myers and the nurse practitioner, Tracey Palmer. Years ago there were possibly some staff issues (and other drs) but those have definitely resolved. I recommend to all my friends and family.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Rachel Meyers is great at listening and very knowledgeable. Came to see her for vision issues and within 5 minutes she was telling me it was a neurological issue, sent me to a neurologist and I had a diagnosis within a couple of weeks. I've had multiple issues that are on the unusual side that she's been able to figure out and send me to the correct specialist if a specialist is needed. Couldn't ask for a better doctor or care team.

Very nice, friendly service provided. Dr. Rachael Meyers is very knowledgeable and explains things to you and listens to your concerns and always see's your taken care of. No waiting time. Enjoy going there.

Kids love their doctor but the receptionist had an attitude 99.9 % of the time.

Spent 2 days trying to get a straight answer from these guys for a covid test. Called office, was told use Mychart. Mychart doesn’t even list Byron as a drive through tested site as I was told by the office. Finally get someone to answer and get told I need to schedule a virtual consultation with a doctor for them to decide if I was deemed necessary for a Covid test. Never mind having Covid before and having the exact same symptoms, nor the fact we have confirmed cases in the house. Was told if I wasn’t happy waiting another 2 days that I should go test at home. Seems like when the government insurance money stopped paying for Covid, OSF also lost interest in “treating” it. If you value your health, please avoid this cess pit and see actual qualified medical professionals

Any Dr. Here heard of using antiviral meds for covid smh I have a friend who is alot sicker now who would benefit from them

Horrible service. Miscommunication between staff regarding my medications they then blame on me the patient. Rude. Excuses for everything. Mixed up my on line appointment clearly states my chart to sign in No mention of in person visit and are going to now charge me anyway when I had trouble logging in. Ashley and Destiny both were extremely rude on the phone.

The receptionist, Ann or Lynn, was rude from check in to check out. She talked down to me and treated me like I was beneath her. She should really look for a new job if she hates people that badly.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr office.

Courtney, the receptionist, is by far the worst ever. Changed doctors just so I didn't have to go to this office. She is so rude and disrespectful. Be warned.
