Dr. Myers is very nice and listens to your concerns. She does not try to over medicate you or belittle you in any way. She is beer professional but also extremely likeable. I highly recommend her and her staff.

I’ve had a lot of physicians and the indifferent seem to outnumber the helpful. One thing Dr. Myers was not is indifferent… On my first visit, I spent close to an hour relaying a catastrophic series of events as I was five days post-op and still on a cane. Without any hint of cynicism or dismissiveness, I was referred to three specialists, not only for my current issues but to preemptively handle future concerns also.

A lot of onboarding appointments with physicians can almost seem like the last time you see an orthodontist following an extraction. But Dr. Myers’ staff made it pretty clear that I’d either be in contact with a specialist or her office as regularly as possible. And at a certain age, I stopped caring about things like bedside manner or semantics and started caring about proactive, assertive solutions.

Dr. Rachel Myers takes the time to listen to your concerns. A wonderful doctor and a great staff!

Rachel Meyer is the most incompetent doctor. I’m not sure how she got through med school. She had to have had help. My husband has been feeling unwell and has melanoma. He went to her a physical. He didn’t even have to take his clothes off. She listened to his heart and ordered a blood test. He is a senior citizen. No prostate exam. She didn’t bother looking at the lumps on his neck, back, or bottom. Nothing. We will be headed to Madison. She is a colossal waste of time and money. Terrible!!!

We really like Dr. Myers, it's her staff I have a problem with. Apparently, the nursing staff doesn't have time to call a pharmacy or to call the patient. My child was put on a medication that I am realizing is impossible to find in stock, anywhere. Every month I have to jump through hoops trying to find a pharmacy that has the medication. Most pharmacies say the nurse needs to call to find out, that they can't give me the information but then the Dr. Office nurse refuses to call the pharmacy. According to her she "doesn't call pharmacies". I am so tired of running around in circles while, in the meantime, my child's meds ran out days ago and the Dr. Office staff could not care less. The lady that answers the phone is rude and condescending. I left a message with her this morning and called again this evening after work only to be told she will "get to it when she has time" I just hung up at that point. Every month, nothing but excuses and no accountability.
Revision on this issue:
It took from Tuesday morning to Friday afternoon, right before they closed for the weekend and one very aggravating conversation with the nurse for them to just call and change the strength of the medication she was already prescribed. Four days!!! Meanwhile, my daughter went more than a week with no medication.
UNACCEPTABLE!

Rude, impatient, and rushed thru a new patient exam/meet and greet. Plan to be finding a new doctor as my retired one had bedside manners this one was either stressed or tired since it was 630 when I saw her.
