Sterling Rock Falls Family YMCA

Really nice and comfortable Y, especially for a town the size of Sterling! Kind staff and excellent amenities- weight equipment, cardio machines, a huge pool, and a sauna, steam room, and hot tub!

I am so happy I decided to enroll my daughter in the Afterschool Y program at Jefferson Elementary. This is such a great program and so helpful as a parent who needs after school child care. My daughter loves going and always has fun and has positive things to say about the staff. Now, both my daughters are enrolled in the Summer Y program and absolutely love it. They love being able to play and swim and they love the counselors. They ask me every night if they get to go back like it’s a vacation. My experience with the staff has pretty much been with Jamie and Natalie who are both super patient kind and genuinely joyful people to deal with. Natalie seems like she really connects with each child she takes care of. She knows their names, she knows things they like and spends time with them and actually talks to them. She seems like she genuinely loves working with kids. Jamie has always been available when I have questions and is super friendly. We will be continuing with the y programs next school year. 10/10! Recommend to anyone

Friendly staff. As a kid the YMCA was a go to place for fun with friends. They taught me how to swim among many other things. A great place to spend the winter months and stay active.

I've been going here for three years and love the hours, the pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, cardio room, and weight equipment. Everyone is nice too! It really covers everything you need for fitness and relaxation too.

"Wee Care" childcare is great, we love our children's swim teachers, great exercise facilities, equipment is all clean and well maintained. The Y is one of the best parts of our family's move to Sterling!

They have the friendliest humans working there, they take such good care of my babies while in childcare. They are always on top of everything!! MY TOP FAVORITE YMCA!

There is plenty of activities for kids and adults at the Y. You just have to be willing to show up. Gym, pool, classes. It's all good for overall health and well-being.

Friendly staff, Friendly people. They have a nice gym, workout areas and the aquatics area. I go for the water workout.

The staff is friendly and supportive. Nicely maintained equipment. Plenty of room for everyone.

It was good to get back to my routine after all the COVID-19 problems.

Was there for a Red Cross Blood drive.. very clean & all staff polite & friendly!!

The hot tub and pool were very nice

Some workers are very kind and nice, some are rude.

It's ight pretty expensive but it's Gucci needs air up bballs!

Swim lessons for grandson great.
