Wonderful little breakfast nook we took over after weigh ins for Illinois Girls State Wrestling held at Byron High School today. 5 stars highly recommend those swedish pancakes and stuffed french toast

Having a late breakfast in a small town doesn't get better than this. The one waitress who was taking care of the entire restaurant was wonderful. She was personable, professional, and we felt very welcome. She even recommended a poached egg with my skillet which I'd never tried and now enjoy. The food was excellent, Swedish pancakes are another first for me, and it was fast. Would definitely visit again.

This is my all-time favorite diner! The service is speedy, friendly, and very polite! The rate at which you get your order is super-quick, and always very good. They always have lots of specials every day, and even when it is crowded, service is always great!

Food and Service was excellent!

Lots of food for the price, no one leaves hungry. Got to try the Swedish pancakes, preferably the stuffed ones with whip cream and fruit. Menu is huge and there's plenty of options for adults and kids.

My husband & I go here at least twice a month - we live in Elgin. I love the Swedish meatball dinner & the Swedish Pancakes. The cream of chicken w/rice soup is marvelous. We would recommend this little jewel of a restaurant to anyone who wants a great meal (large menu & senior menu) at a low cost. Definitely, check it out!!!
