Walmart Vision & Glasses

The Optometrist was great and this was my first time and I will go back with to him.

My 95 year old mother broke the nose pad off of her glasses. She lives in a nursing home next door to Walmart. I ran over to the Walmart Vision Center on June 12th to see if they could repair them. The women behind the desk could not have been more kind or helpful. The pad was replaced quickly and my mom only went a short time without glasses. I was so impressed with the service that I will switch eye specialists!

Best experience I have ever had at the eye doctor, it was almost half price as lens crafters, this is my 3rd pair of glasses, last pair was America's best took 2 weeks and my old glasses was better! I highly recommend this wall Mart!! This is where I'll be going from now on!

This has to be the greatest eye doctor that I have ever been to. He was very nice and kind to me through the whole process. If u have had some bad eye doctors I strongly recommend coming here you will not be disappointed

The doctor is great and the ladies up front are always really nice

Dr. Pham is a very knowledgeable eye doctor. He takes time to talk to his patients and get to know them.

No one is answering I needed to get new glasses.

When I scheduled an appointment for my children, I provided all their insurance information. I called the day before to make sure everything panned out for their appointment and I was told everything will be fine. Today I get a call saying the doctor is out of network for the insurance. You would think that they would tell me that when setting the appointment. Time is wasted when I could have scheduled them somewhere else.

I agree that the doctor is awesome but the girl at the desk is very rude. I received a voicemail from them informing me that my glasses were ready & that I could come in between 9:00am & 8:00pm. Got there (as requested) at 9:00am the following day but no one was there. An employee showed up about 5 minutes late & appeared to be upset that a customer was waiting. She gave me my glasses & I put them on & told her I couldn't see out of them. She seemed upset w/ me & did nothing to adjust them or offer to send them back. Just told me there was a warranty on the frames & lenses & sent me on my way. I spent over $400 there & got nothing in return other than a pair of glasses that I can't wear. Very disappointed & will never use this facility again.

Very rude and unprofessional will not return

The doctor is amazing. The girl at the desk has been so extremely rude that we will no longer deal with this office.
