Appliance Wizard

They close at 2pm on Saturdays... I showed up at 10 minutes til 2pm and they told me no hurry, take my time... I walked out with a used washer with a year warranty included in the purchase... I actually walked out having left my new hoses in their office. I got a mile down the road and turned around. Luckily they were still in the parking lot.. They reopened the store and we found where I left them and they locked and rearmed the security system and on my way I went again...
Got home and hooked it up and already did a load, it works perfect... These guys were awesome!!

The salesperson (Joe) and delivery/installation team were excellent. Very happy with their professionalism, efficiency, and knowledge. Highly recommend this business.

My experience was with Joe. I came in looking to replace a nearly 13-year-old fridge that was leaking. Having not bought a major appliance for many years, Joe answered my questions, didn't pressure me to purchase a particular make or model and was very pleasant to conduct business with. The delivery guys were very courteous and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I also recently received a thank-you card in the mail from Joe expressing his hopes that I was enjoying my new fridge (I am) and thanking me for shopping locally. I will definitely be back for my next appliance.

I had a refrigerator delivered Thursday Aug 10 by Phil and David. They were very friendly and helpful and also had patience with us. I would definitely have them deliver for me again.

Friendly help & fast service. This is the second time we have bought major appliances from them & have been satisfied with both visits.

The Appliance Wizard had the machine I wanted on hand. The salesperson, Joe, was courteous and helpful. Overall, a very good experience. Among many great things, I feel one particular part of my visit stood out. An employee named Justin Johnson. Not only was I greeted with a smile but a wonderful and family like welcome into the store. Justin helped me find what I needed for my broken washer while displaying some amazing knowledge about the business. Truly an exceptional employee, cherish him!

Justin and Joe were very helpful in us choosing our household of appliances. Excellent selection, excellent service. Delivery with Phil and David was painless and they even hauled away our old appliances. Five Star Service Staff too!

I went in to check out some stuff for my new apartment and I was kinda confused about some the things I needed. I am pretty sure his name was Justin J. but he came over because he had noticed I needed help. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in the appliances I was looking at. never had to go appliance shopping until recently my dryer went out. walked into the store and had absolutely NO clue on what would work best for me, but there was a very nice gentleman who helped me find exactly what i needed. i believe his name was Justin, and i’ve got no clue how much he’s getting paid, but it certainly isn’t enough for the work he’s doing!! very much went above and beyond in the customer service department !! will be coming to this location again!

I recently just moved into a new apartment and needed new appliances but really didn't know the best appliances to get. But Justin J. was super helpful in finding the best appliances I needed and showed great customer and knowledge of the appliances. Saved me alot of hassle trying to figure it out will definitely come back to see him for help if i need any new appliances.

I came in for a new washer one day and was looking for a nice affordable one and Justin came up to help me and was able to show me the best washer that you could see inside of while it’s running, sure it was on the pricier side but his service and kind help was amazing. I will be back soon to buy a dryer Justin Johnson better be there that day.
