Excellent experience! We made an appointment online for an oil change. We showed up 10 minutes early and they took the car right back, within 35 minutes they were done with our service. Text message updates for an air filter that needed replaced (truly did), no other items that they tried to talk us into or say were needed. Friendly when we picked it up, and price was very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend and use again.

My vehicle is 13 years old. It had a high pitch noise from the back and I wasn’t sure if it was the brakes or something rubbing on the rear axle. I also needed an oil change. My car was inspected carefully and completely. Just rear brakes will need relaxed. I was informed of everything that should be repaired or replaced. And they listed the order in which it should be done. They were friendly and helpful and I highly recommend Plaza Tire in Carbondale!

Excellent service! Totally transparent in wait time. Stayed open later than specified hours to complete as this day was busier than anticipated. I really appreciate them taking care of this as we were only in town to visit family and have a long drive home. Great and friendly staff

Stopped by to air up tire that I knew had a slow leak. Technician aired tire and said if I wanted to get it repaired, they would look at it right away. One hour later, tire fixed, very reasonable price, and I was on my way. Couldn’t be more pleased.

My Jeep Wrangler has ongoing front end issues, of which I've taken it to at least five appointments, this being the most recent. I was fully expecting to replace my tires even though they don't look to need replacement, but I'm exhausted with the shimmy. Instead, Plaza balanced the tires, which feels right this time (not the other three times) and had me in and out, without a prior appointment, in less than two hours for a cost of about $30. When replacement time comes, I'll be going to Plaza. Thank you Tracy.

Ian, the manager, was professional, competent, and organized. They checked my problem and reported that it checked out. So no repair was necessary. They rotated my tires and got me out of there promptly. This is the place to get tires serviced in southern Illinois.

These guys are top notch. Crappy Walmart ruined several things when installing our tires and this business helped fix issues during a busy day by squeezing us in. I will ONLY go here for any tire service I need. Everyone was professional, polite, and the shop was super clean. This place is legit, unlike shitty Walmart. Plus the guys working are really hot.

Ian and everyone I spoke with were great in regards to disclosing everything I would want to know in swapping wheels on my vehicle and performing a road-force balancing test on the tires. Extremely thorough and even provided a shuttle service despite my walk-in appointment status. Very happy with them.

I have been buying tires and other vehicle related items from Plaza Tire for 20 years. In the past they treated me very well and they treat me very well in the present as well. They have polite, knowledgeable , professional employees. I will continue to use Plaza Tire for my driving needs.

My 17 year old daughter experienced her first flat tire on the highway while I was at work. After changing the tire, she drove to our local Plaza Tire where I was able to ( believe it or not) FaceTime with the associate who made sure she and her car were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I didn’t use it, but they even have an option to pay via a link sent through text. Very very impressed and thankful for the service given to us during this stressful time.
