Mario's Pizza

I found this place recently while looking for restaurants to go to for my birthday. I was a tad worried about some reviews that were placed on here, being apparent cockroach problems. However, I decided it would be fine, seeing as I want to try more local places. At first glance, I was given a good impression of the place. The outside looked very nice, inside looked clean and decorated, and the service was great! The service time was very quick, being around 20 some minutes for a pretty large amount of food. I personally got the Cheesy Italian Bread, Bacon Cheese Fries, and the Pasta Platter, with the Meat Ravioli and Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, Broccoli, and Bacon, all of which were very good! If you're looking for a good small restaurant, this is the place to go!

Food was good. I had pasta with the Alford Mushroom Sauce. The sauce was delicious. My husband had the Italian Salad and it was good. The service was friendly attentive, and fast. The menu has a variety of items.

We had a very large group tonight. Jennifer was an amazing server. We were never waiting for drinks and the food was amazing! I'll be back again soon. Next time I'm having pasta. It looked so good. We had the Buffalo, Meat Lovers and The Mario's special. All delicious. My fav was Mario's Special.

love the food here so much, just amazing and delish. The insides could use some sprucing up but no biggie. It has been around a long time so guess its classic dated decor :-)

Ordered a large pizza and an entree (spaghetti and meatballs) for carry out. Pizza was delicious & the entree had very generous portions! Came with a salad too we got the Caesar & it was good. Definitely recommend

Great food, reasonable prices, plenty of parking. Clean, friendly staff. Kid friendly. Has private rooms for private dinners, small gatherings. Highly recommend.

Good service. Food is always good here. Pizza and pasta is always excellent. Definitely try the lunch buffet too, it’s great! Good way to try a variety of menu items all at once.

Nice family style Italian restaurant thats been in Springfield for over 25 years. The food comes warm and tasty, with plenty of options, like pizza, pasta and special made sandwiches. They have catering and rooms for parties. The staff is polite, courteous and attentive. Conveniently located, with plenty of parking.

The best Italian beef I’ve ever had. Cami’s customer service was fantastic.

The pizza was delicious! The servers were all so friendly. We had a very, very large group and they were great!

A nice mom n pop diner vibe. We got “Mario’s pizza” and it came out in 15ish minutes to come out and the waitress was very helpful. Pizza was fresh and savory.

I always love going to Mario's. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious! I give it a 5 star rating because for an everyday meal, this place is wonderful. The food is plentiful and very, very tasty. You won't be let down. Go try it... The chicken Parm is great!

Great place for Family Dining nice clean friendly atmosphere very beautiful food the seafood lasagna you have to try it I've been there quite a few times and I'll go back several more times its one of your better restaurants in town

Have been going here for over 25 years. A great spot with good food, reasonable cost.

Excellent salads. The salads in house are VERY large portions. Even to go salads are pretty large. My favorite is the Italian chef salad. Pizza is excellent too and I'd recommend anything with garlic sausage!

Love this place for over 30 years. Buffet is always fresh with both pizza and pasta.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly waitress. The room that we dined in had a very nice theme of golf. And then there was the pizza which was a fantastic delicious Gyro pizza. Very different, but very tasty. We will be coming back again!
