McDonald's

got fries which were ice cold. had to go in and get hot ones. 3 others were waiting as well for hot fries they were exchanging the fries they got for, like i was. manager didn't try to give a hard time about it. the drive thru was very busy at an unusual time of day as well. but mcdonalds fries are awful cold so couldnt avoidto have to go in for hot ones.

This mcdonalds always treats us well and omgshhh THE FOOD IS AMAZINGGG always comes out perfectly cooked not burnt this mcdonalds is alot better than south grand keep up the good work yall are amazing

The woman who works the drive thru on Thursday mornings is the sweetest! She welcomes everyone with a 'Good Morning beautiful'. It just makes my day! I hope she knows those simple words mean a lot. ♥

This place is so much better then the one on the Toronto exit. It is worth it to drive he extra mile's to have better service and food quality.
I also like the larger play area for the kids with a climbing wall.

Went through the drive-thru this morning for a frappe and some hash browns, and I have to say the service was amazing. The worker in the back window who took my payment, didn't get her name, but it was around 8:10 AM this morning was so infectiously kind and friendly. It really made my day great and I appreciate her energy. Thank you for helping me start my morning on the most positive note.

Bernadette, collecting the money at the 1st window of thr drive thru made my entire day. She is absolute sunshine in human form. She made my entire day . I just left the hospital after having surgery 24 hours ago and not feeling the greatest...she mad my heart so happy with just the way she smiled and spoke to us... the sweetest lady I have ever met. I hope she knows the impact she makes on people when they get the chance to meet her.

Went in with 9 people and 7 of us ordered bts meals and some how the workers knew what person in our group who wanted the bts bag didn't get it so kinda poggers.

There is a particular lady that works the drive thru that makes you feel wonderful. She says the nicest thing to all her customers. What a blessing. Love their coffee too!

Great play place for kids to get some energy out

Good experience in the play place. Clean. Someone came out to ask if we needed anything and I’ve never seen that before at a McDonald’s. She was really nice. Whoever was working the front counter at noon, great job

We went through the drive through and they were so nice! Also very fast, and got our order correct!

Ordered on mobile app. Food order was accurate. Food was fresh. Only wish staff members actually spoke and didn't just hand stuff out and walk away.

A delightful young man helped us place our order on the new deal they have. I wish I would have got his name. The girl that took our money was wonderful too!! They have a very good staff!! My granddaughter had a ball in the play room!! Very nice for the younger and older children! Will definitely be back next time we are in Springfield!! Thank you for a enjoyable experience!!👍👍

Good food, clean restaurant

Look, it's McDonald's. It's not gourmet. It's not soul food. It's not art. It's McDonald's. But for the first time in like... forever, the order was 100% correct, the food was all fresh (and the fries were hot!), and the drive-thru was so fast that we barely even saw the side of the building. Kudos to the employees working the lunch shift today because they made it look easy.

I was picking up a plain McDouble for my dog got myself a regular McDouble and a frozen Coke service was fast got military discount parking lot was clean no complaints good job

It was a drive thru order and I ordered it on the app. The whole experience was good. Don't forget to check your app when you order(Free large fries sometimes )

The food was well-prepared and when one of the crewmembers accidentally made an extra ice cream instead of throwing it away they gave it to my child and because I have to they even went and made another one so they could each have one of their own that is the type of customer service and friendliness that you rarely see anymore definitely if we're going to eat McDonald's I would suggest eating at this one
