The staff there is super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful will answer pretty much any question you throw at them even help diagnose what we thought may have been a faulty light wall over the phone. I will definitely be recommending to other people and returning for more products

Purchased the BT motorcycle kit originally with turn signal modules, one of my strips went bad and they immediately replaced it no questions asked. Traded it in on a new bike and stopped by the shop for some additional strips, they were extremely helpful and answered every question, even showed me an option I hadn't seen before!

Amazing customer service. This is the best brand for LED lighting that I have ever done business with. All of their products I use work amazing, and have treated me well for over a year so far. The smart phone app the lights can connect to is also very practical and works great!!

These 7 inch headlights are amazingly bright and beautiful. Although no product is good without tech support but xkglow has that covered as well. We had a problem with one headlight and they were so helpful even when it turned out to be my error they were understanding and did not act aggravated at all. I ordered the wrong lights unknowingly, I called and they send me the ones I needed free of charge, and the guy on the phone was super polite and helpful, highly recommend.
