Excellent experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, and interactive. A woman which I had never seen in my life before gave me a BOGO bowl coupon as she was leaving, which was very nice of her. Orange chicken and Beijing beef was excellent.

I got beef broccoli and there was lots of broccoli but not much beef. My husband got a dish that he was told was spicy- it was. It had lots of hot peppers.

My wife likes Panda Express, so we have been to quite a few different ones. We picked up at the Springfield-Dirksen location and the food was the best! I gripe when she wants Panda, but I was pleasantly surprised. Even my daughter said the food was very good. We will return to this Panda and I am hoping it will be just as tasty.

Didn't have enough chicken teriyaki, which in the grand scheme of things is not a big deal. They kept me informed about how long to make more. Apologized. Gave me a free egg roll. And then a coupon. Very courteous, helpful and clean store. The cherry on top was that my food was delicious.

The owner of this place doesn't even allow gum to hit the ground in the parking lot. This place is clean and the crew is awesome. I left my wallet there and didn't realize it for several hours. Went back in to check to see of it was there and it was in their safe. All contents were in it as well. Totally love this place and can't recommend it enough.

There was an older couple a head of us. Drive thru was really busy. So by the time I got waited on I had about a 10 min. Wait. But it was fresh and good.

Very friendly staff looking to prepare your food quickly and generously. Both interior and exterior are very clean and well lit. Definitely recommend going there if you enjoy tasty prepped food.

Great place to feed the whole family. Even my picky one. Get there early for a Friday dinner cuz they sell out of stuff fast.
