Great price, perfect work, did just what I needed, fast, wouldn't take my car anywhere else . Upper control arm in less than 2 hours.

I was stranded behind Carbondale Township whenever it was raining with a battery issue. I walked into Holt's Tire and they were so friendly and didn't even hesitate to give me a jump.

They even provided me with some knowledge to keep me prepared in the future. I learned that you are supposed to check your battery every 6 months. I also learned how to hook up this battery pack to jump my battery (because I did not really pay attention in Driver's Ed, like at a hands on level).

I am so appreciative that I took a chance and talked to them. Give them your business if you can because not everyone would help someone in need out for free!

I went to fix my spare tire issue. They instantly fixed it. Service is so fast. Very reasonable ( I think cheaper than others) pricing.

Great service. Passing through Carbondale, learned an inside dual tire in my small motorhome was losing air. Called and they said they would try to fit us in. They took care of the screw in my tire and had me back on the road before lunch. Friendly folks - highly recommend.

My daughter goes to SIU and had a flat tire with no spare… I called Holt’s Tire & Auto and spoke with Tracy who was incredibly nice & helpful! I had her car towed and they fixed the tire fast and efficient!!! Great job & also great customer service.

I needed air in my tire because the air is low symbol came on, and they checked it out for me for free. They also filled my tire with air without charging me. I THANK THE LADY THAT WORKS AT HOLT'S, SHE CHECKED MY TIRES WITH NO PROBLEM!!! 🙂

If Holt's does the service you need on your car then go there. Great customer service, quick on what needs done, and honest.

For a quick story that'll show how great this place is I went to Plaza Tire right here in Carbondale and was told my front end tire rods needed to be replaced. Three hundred plus job to get fixed so I called around to get quotes and Holt's gave me the lowest. I drop my car off and get a call thirty minutes later saying I don't need the tire rods replaced just the front end alignment. Their honesty saved me 300 dollars, could have easily just done it or said they did it and I would have been none the wiser. Fast forward to now and I have gotten an oil change and a transmission leak fixed for a fair price, both times the car was there for just an hour or less with great service as usual. 10/10 business establishment.

They were so kind and amazing!!! I was having a tire pressure issue. I could not find a working air compressor in town. I stopped in and they took excellent care of me!!!

Had a tire with a slow leak. Holt’s was able to fix it right away and within ten minutes, it was repaired and the rest of the tires were set at the right psi. The employees were very professional as well as nice. Very positive experience!

Had a completely flat tire and needed 4 new ones. Had a great experience.

They didn't try to talk me into a more expensive tire than I wanted, all the staff were kind and welcoming.

They offered to drive me to and from class because my car was there, and even finished early!

Not only are they very nice, they ordered me the size & style tire I needed-and found most reasonably priced. Had it next day. Final cost for ordering, putting on rim, balancing & back on truck was less expensive than just the tire at other places. Anytime I need a tire from now on-I'm going to Holts

They where very polite and explained all of my options before performing the work. They had me in and out quickly without making you feel like a number. Highly recommend.

I now have 2 local businesses to offer my patronage for Tires. HOLT'S TIRE now becoming the 2nd. This year has been about as bad as 2020 was for the majority of us. I have replaced brakes pads and rotors on front and rear for the 2nd time in 2 yrs and needed to replace the front tires. They were as bald as curly the stooge. I called My go to guy but no luck , so I took a chance and called Holt's tire. Mr Holt asked me to hold a moment but don't hang up. He came back and "YES" thank you baby Jesus he had 2 used like new tires i could get on a tight budget for everything included mount, balance and the like $120 for both. He followed up with "he had a hair appointment and wouldn't be back until 2:15-2:30 Monday so I said no problem sir ill be there by 2:30. In and out and $120 flat fee and when Mr. Holt did arrive before I left his hair was on Fleek, point, and any other adjective you'd like to choose. I cant say anything more than a business that makes a verbal deal over the phone , honors that deal and he is a man of his word, ill go back there any day of the week and that may be tomorrow si ce I got a deck screw in my rear tire on a delivery. And the trash xan year keeps rolling. Please give them a shout if your in the market for tires. But bring cash because he's old school and no plastic accepted for sales under $120.

Great place to get a set of tires here in Carbondale! Mark and staff have been repairing & replacing the tires on our fleet of service vehicles and personal ones for several years now - I highly recommend them!!! It's also nice to support a local home town business :)

Excellent customer service. Love the staff - very helpful & friendly. They ordered my tires and had them the next day to install.

Only place i bring my 4 cars for tires, better service and better peace of mind than if I went to Walmart 😬, or worse, plaza tire here in town 😱
